I am delinquent in posting this much deserved accolade for FW Harris!
My first grandchild came 3 weeks early on Feb. 13th....5 days later, we awakened to absolutely no heat in our home! I had literally one fireplace worth of wood, 1 space heater and a 5 day old preemie in 56 degree home (and dropping). It was below freezing outside!
I immediately called the home warranty company I was paying on a monthly basis, expecting they would now make the extended warranty all worth it. That was AHS. They couldn't get anyone to my home until the following day and then couldn't guarantee they would be able to fix the furnace at that visit!!! I was frantic for my grandson!
I called FW Harris....there were no questions asked, no excuses made, simply a ""we will get someone out to you today, Mrs. WIlliams"". And they did! AND they repaired it for an unbelievable price, considering the emergency!
I don't remember the name of the amazing young lady who got this done for me or the wonderful man who came to my home to help us, and I'm sorry for that! It was crazy that day!
Thank you, FW Harris! You are truly amazing human beings!
