John was able to come by the same day to take a look at some leaking issues we had under our crawl space beneath the sink and bathroom. Living in an older home, he provided a very comprehensive report along with several pictures of the issues that had to be fixed. We were able to get scheduled in pretty quickly given his busy schedule and were able to fix all the plumbing issues the right way on the first visit. John and his team at Fusion Plumbing are not only extremely friendly and professional but a very knowledgeable expert in his craft. I can't recommend Fusion Plumbing enough, if you have any plumbing issues, big or small, these guys are it!

Scheduled Fusion Plumbing to replace an old water heater that was beginning to leak from the tank. John was super communicative from beginning to end. We called Fusion Plumbing to save us from every homeowner's worst nightmare: the water main broke and it was our responsibility to get it fixed! We got three different bids and John and Nick were the best of the bunch. They were respectful and good at walking us through what needed to be done and answering allll the questions. They got the work done on time and left the site super clean. And even though it was not a welcome or planned for expense, their price was very fair.

We had a small leak at the main water line coming in to the house and the shut off control broke while trying to close it off. This all happened on the Friday before Thanksgiving and we were slightly panicked. I called John and explained the problem sent him some pictures and he explained he was fully booked but he would see what he could do. That afternoon he fit us in. He repaired the leak, replaced the broken control and a couple of other minor issues. He was determined to get us in before the weekend and make our life easier. He is a local company and one I would call first every time. If you are needing a plumber Fusion Plumbing needs to be your first call.

My toilet backed up on Saturday. Tried to plunge it a number of times. I called 7 or 8 plumbers Sunday. John with Fusion Plumbing called me back first thing Monday morning and he was at my house in about 15 minutes. He had it all taken care of in another 15 minutes. He was very nice, polite and informative and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend him.
