I was compelled to write this review because it's so rare when you find a business that actually exceeds your expectations. Fusion Plumbing did just that. The process of our full home repipe (including water main line and drain lines) from the initial estimate to the final completion of work was of the highest level of professionalism. Both John (owner) and Nick did an absolutely fantastic job on our 1951 plumbing which in many places was quite convoluted to say the least. John took so much time to really understand what actually was going on under our house and from room to room. He fully explained everything he was recommending and why. I felt very certain that he was trustworthy and extremely competent at his craft. John and Nick did a great job, on schedule and with no mess. They even took extra time to fix a shower flow issue that was a bit challenging. I felt they were very fair in their pricing as well. Overall, Fusion Plumbing succeeded in making a potentially highly stressful and expensive job seamless, comfortable and not so shocking to the pocketbook. We now have peace of mind that our plumbing will never have to be replaced again. Great job John and Nick! We miss you already!!

John is a godsend! He and Nick are very knowledge and professional. They gave me very clear options on how to handle my plumbing concerns regarding my toilets and faucets. We recently had three old, inefficient toilets replaced by Fusion Plumbing. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, efficient, and personable. John is a great plumber, and communicates clearly what is going on. The price was quite fair, and included removal and disposal of our old toilets along with the install, new toilets and labor. I was having an issues with my bath tub faucet and it was causing leaking in other areas. I have never worked with a plumber before, being a first time home owner. John and Nick were awesome. 10 star company, my water heater broke and they took the time to call
non- emergency clients to see if they could move appointments around so I did not have to wait 2 weeks for hot water, they came in 2 days! They arrived on time, explained everything to me, were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and even brought my trash can make from the curb for me. I

Fusion Plumbing is a quality outfit! I had a Christmas emergency and these folks were the fastest, most responsive, and certainly the most caring and conscientious plumbing company I found. It was a pretty complicated set of issues so I'll keep this review general - but rest assured, these are the people you want on your team when you've got a tricky plumbing problem.

John generously took the time to coach me through some immediate damage control measures, then came out a few days later to correct some defects in previous workmanship. Upon looking things over, he gently explained the seriousness of my plumbing situation without ever making me feel patronized or pressured -- this is important to me as a solo woman homeowner -- and then advised me of worst case scenarios before getting started. He and his apprentice Nick then proceeded to get to work fixing one problem at a time, explaining everything they did as they went along.

I thought the rate was quite reasonable, especially considering how much extra time John and others at the company spent on hand-holding and educating me before the job even started. Then once they were off the clock and my bill was paid, he took the time to thank me for my business and set realistic expectations about what else needed to be done, as well as lingering to chat and answer unrelated plumbing questions I had.

All in all an A+ experience - highly recommend!

This was hands-down the best experience I've ever had with contractors. I had bought an older house with 60 year old plumbing and needed *major* work (whole-house re-pipe). The Fusion Plumbing employees were polite, on-time, efficient, explained everything in detail, and used quality materials and methods. I sought 3 quotes before I decided who to use, and while Fusion wasn't the lowest bid, they gave me the most confidence, and in the end were worth every penny. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I had a leak in my guest bath sink, and got a recommendation for Fusion Plumbing from the Next Door app. From making the appt with Karen to having John and (??!!) come to my home, it was as positive an experience as could be! They were both very nice, covered their shoes, and kept me apprised of what they were doing. After replacing the faucet, they tested it and found a leak in the pipe under the sink. John showed me exactly what was happening, and repaired it. The price was very reasonable, and he even offered to help me with any chores like moving heavy boxes!! EXCELLENT service and I highly recommend Fusion for your plumbing needs
