Fusion replaced two bathroom sinks for us and we were thrilled with their service. Kyle showed up on time, and was courteous, friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and gave us a fair bid. We hired them after taking three bids... theirs was in the middle (but half that of Rightway's, yikes). Kyle's install was perfect. We seriously love our new sinks! Fusion will be our plumbers of choice from now on... and we'll have lots of work for them.

Our Air Conditioner quit working during a 95 degree afternoon and Fusion was the only place that could service our unit the same day I called. They repaired as needed, the only complaint is that I felt the cost for the service was excessive but admittedly it was on the weekend.

The cost, for about an hours work, to install a kitchen faucet and 2 shut-off valves: $592!! They charged me $145 per shut-off valve! Those can be purchased at a plumbing supply store for about $20 each. And charged $300 to install them and the faucet! I will NEVER do business with them again!!

The crew at Fusion was very professional and did a great job. I needed a full replacement of all HVAC flexible ductwork in a tiny, awkward attic crawlspace, and they managed to do it fairly quickly despite having very little room to maneuver. They had to cut one additional access point, but drywall repair was included, and you can't tell that there was a hole there. The job wasn't cheap, but the bid was competitive, and the warranty made me feel confident that this ductwork will last a long time. I look forward to enjoying much more efficient heating and cooling with my new ductwork.

Edit: Fusion reached out to me immediately and have resolved this issue for me so I am changing my review. I understand what happened and I am happy with the way the fixed things.

My shower water would not get hot. They came out and spent almost 3 hours, most of that time he was on the phone with 'the boss'. Was told they replaced the valve/cartridge and I needed a new trim kit and I owed $279. I looked it up online before they left and they said it was the right one so I ordered it. When they came back they wanted another $200 to install a trim kit but turns out the trim kit was wrong. So they gave me the 'old' cartridge to take into Lowes and get the right one.

Long story short after going to Home Depot, Lowes and a local plumbing supply turns out they did not replace the valve at all - so not sure what I paid for other than wasting my own time. Also the valve they gave me to compare is brand new and not the same as my old/existing valve. No wonder the trim kit didn't work.

I called the office to voice my concerns and they took a message. That was well over a week ago and no call. I would recommend using a different plumber.

Unfortunately I had to call Fusion plumbing twice in a week. However both times they responded quickly and got the clogged toilet taken care of. The second time I decided to change out the toilet because it was just too old. Kyle helped me both times and he was very easy to work with and professionals he was able to pick up a toilet for me and get it all sorted the same day, no one likes to have plumbing issues.
