I'm an animal behaviorist, and the mom of three kids, so my washer gets used a LOT. When the rubber seal started malfunctioning, it left my washer mildewed and my clothes weren't getting clean. On top of that, my dryer needed to get the lint cleaned out. Making the appt was quick and easy, and I received immediate text confirmation. The day of the appt, I was texted when my technician was arriving, and he arrived promptly and punctually. Daniel was great--very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He told me very quickly what was wrong with my washer, showed me how to prevent the problem from happening again (cleaning my filter), and was kind and patient with my little ones when they were curious and interested in his tools. We made the follow up appt to do the work and he did a great job on both the washer and dryer. It's so nice having a good working washer and a safe cleaned dryer. He was very good at explaining things in a way both my husband and I could understand, didn't try to push unnecessary services, and made clear recommendations. He worked efficiently and the pricing was reasonable. 10/10 would recommend and would use again!

Russell did a wonderful job - our oven works perfectly now!! He was very professional and knowledgeable; he even worked around our schedule so we could go on our afternoon hike per usual. Pricing was fair and competitive with other companies. Would definitely recommend.

Very knowable about the appliance Thermador microwave he ordered the part and repaired the appliance in a very clean and respectful manner. Would definitely use them again. Alex represented the company very efficiently. Nice guy.

I used Smart & Fast for a refrigerator repair, posted a review....Russell was AWESOME and my fridge was up and running toot sweet. As these things go..... I had a dryer issue about a month later and reconnected with S&F....they were responsive and Russell came out and repaired the dryer professionally and in good time......parts were a little late but that is the way of the world. I HIGHLY recommend this appliance repair company and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Russell ROCKS. If you need appliance repair, you should call them. They are professional, responsive and they get the job done.

Provided a good repair and was able to book fast. I was disappointed to find that they scratched my floor. They then became hard to contact and sent the technician to just blame me. Floor was brand new and is now scratched where they were working. Took no responsibility.

First the response and communication throughout was top rate. Second, our dishwasher is 10 years old and we already had a dollar figure in mind that if the cost of repairs was over that we would replace it. But the repair wound up being simple (and we would not have necessarily known that) and cost was less than half of our set limit.

The are all what you need from the professionals. Joseph responded on time when I called. They were prompt to setup appointment. Alex came on time and he is gem of a person. Nice, respectful and patient. And very committed to his craft. He fixed our washing machine and it's working as new. He made sure to fix it before leaving. He also cleaned the area and set the machine so that i have more space. I feel lucky to be able to have found them. Will be calling again for sure if needed and hopefully it's not anytime soon.

I highly recommend Smart and Fast appliance service. Alex came out and diagnosed the issues with my Samsung stackable washer. He took his time and made sure everything was checked out. He gave me a fair price for the repairs and ordered the parts. It was a difficult repair because of the small and tight space he had to work with. He had a coworker and even his boss to come out to help. Alex is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was very careful and meticulous in making the repairs. The washer now runs perfectly even though it is an older model. Thank you Alex for your great repair job.
