I will lead with their one strength: they did respond promptly to my Yelp request for quote and scheduled an appointment for 10 a on a Saturday.

Unfortunately, it all went sideways after that.

I was asked to send a picture of the washing machine model number and was told told the repair man would have parts. This is why I chose them over another repair company, who were at least honest enough to say they dont carry parts and will have to get whatever they decide is needed for the repair. I thought, at least this company wouldn't have to make 2 trips.

Wrong. Not only their repair man didn't have parts, he had to call someone in the middle of the service visit to ask questions. Which doesn't inspire confidence.

So he couldn't make any repair; wasn't sure he can fix it- could be something relatively simple, or something far more complex; advised me the parts store is not open on the weekend, he will have to order the part which willtake3-5 days; billed me for the ""service visit;"" and said we'll need to figure out another appointment time. One problem is I'm not available for the next two weeks which is why I chose a company I didn't think would need to make 2 trips. Gave me cost of a repair that will ""hopefully"" fix the issue, or it could be something that will require 2 repair men.

Tonight (Sunday) I get an invoice ""due on receipt "" for the work not yet done, not even scheduled, for which part has not yet been purchased. On top of that, it's asking for a tip!!?

I am feeling flimflammed to pay for something not yet performed, much less even scheduled. So I have to cancel. Will just use my community laundry room til I can get a new machine.

Super quick response. I was able to get someone scheduled to come out within four hours. Fixed our washer the same day and gave us pointers to prolong the life of the appliance. Highly recommend.

My gas dryer suddenly stopped working just as I was in the middle of laundry for an upcoming business trip. I reached out to Smart and Fast Appliance Service and they sent a technician out same day to diagnose the issue. They had the parts available the next day and the repair was complete in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again with other appliance repairs needed in the future!

Stand up company!! Came and fixed my microwave as promised. Service was excellent. Quality of work was great. I definitely value the fact that they were able to work around my schedule. I am truly a satisfied customer.

Very professional , fast. Efficient. Great follow thru. Trustworthy polite on time. The electrician was very thorough and took time to explain with us what was wrong and how was impressed how quickly they got the part and came back out to fix within a week. Would highly recommend them

They respond fast. When I chat with Joseph, said there's a $60 fee for a tech to go out there to diagnosed the issue (my dryer). Then after if I decided to go with them, they will take $60 off the bill.

The tech came within couple hours. He gave me a quote of $350. I asked the tech if that's minusing the $60 diagnose fee or not. Tech did not know what I was talking about. I paid the amount to get my rental property dryer fixed. I believe he just had to change the coil. Yes that's correct a COIL change that cost $350.

When I called the company back, the guy that I spoke to said he will look into it and get back to be regarding the $60 credit. He called me back and said it was credit it to the bill and that's why my bill was $350. I find it funny if it's ""credit"" the tech didn't even know.

Total waste of money. Do not recommend this business.

Great communication and quick service. Had an issue with my dishwasher. Technician came out, assessed the issue and solved the problem in less than 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable. Tech was friendly and professional. Easy process to book and pay. Highly recommend.

Igor was on time when I requested a specific time due to my busy schedule. Very nice, respectful and most importantly, honest! My washer needed to be diagnosed. It would stop washing in the middle of the wash cycle , making clicking noises, became very loud and then completely stopped working. Igor then told me the problems it had and it's definitely fixable but the work it needed would cost more than the washer is worth. So unfortunately my washer wasn't fixed today BUT the service technician was great, and I very much appreciated the honesty. I'm now off to buy a new washer. I will definitely take better care of my next washer but if for some reason it needs work , I would definitely call Smart and Fast Appliance Repair.
