He showed up within the hour after our initial call. We had to wait a few days for a part, and when be arrived to fix it he worked quickly and fixed it. He also showed us what happened and why it broke. The only thing I wish he mentioned was to do one wash to clean the washer before adding any laundry. The first wash had some dirt mixed with our laundry, but the second wash things were back to normal. Other than that, great service and would work with them again.

Igor just left our house after installing a new microwave after our old one quit working. I'm sure it was a challenge due to the fact the microwave is 30 inches and the space is 36.
