Worts customer service I ever got i been paying the home warranty thinking AC unit was included and when I called for service they told me it was not included!
I called 4 times and got tired i tried to cancel and they told I got I had to pay for the whole year they are charging my credit card every month!!
I called again for my dishwasher and I got hang out by this guy they got my phone number I was expecting for them to call me back but they never did !!!

My dryer didn't spin. I was told online it might cost between $150-300. I agreed. He shows up and discovered it was just alot of trash inside the machine. He took it all out and clean and instead of trying to lie to me it was alot of things to fix to charge me more he didn't do that. He was honest and told me the truth and only charged me $80 which was alot lesser than what I thought I would have to pay. He showed up earlier and contacted me by phone of the time he would get to my house. He gets 5 stars from me.

Fixed a washing machine. Showed up at the tail end of his two hour window. Machine up and running again. He ended up charging little extra money to switch the hoses but was not that unreasonable. Would use again.

Giving this guy a medium review simply because he was quick and honest to reply to me when I was seeking advice on service. He didn't try and make some money from me by scheduling un-needed service. So I don't know the quality of their service itself, but their attitude and customer service skills are quite good.

Awesome!
He came out and fixed our broken dishwasher handle quickly and for a fair price.
In fact, he noticed that the other side had a small crack and was about to break, and came back out and fixed that side for no extra charge!
Also replaced rollers on our dryer and it's running great now.
Good communication, showed up on time!
Highly recommended!

Igor said 1pm, showed up on time, knew the problem in advance and quoted me a total price even though everyone else wanted the standard $55 for the visit. He came with the part in advance even though I didn't know what the noise problem was. That shows experience. He was done replacing the part within an hour and actually charged me less than the estimate. This is my recommendation to you, although I saw one bad review, I'm glad I gave him the shot. This is my recommendation for washer dryer repair in OC.
