My microwave stopped working this morning, I looked up, smart and fast appliance online, and they had great reviews... I called and was told the technicians would be to my house between 10 and 1 they got to my place around 11:30... Took them about an hour to fix the problem and my microwave is as good as new. Prompt courteous service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Needed a freezer fixed and at the same time I asked the technician to look at my dishwasher. The tech nicely agreed to look at my dishwasher even though he was only there to fix my freezer.

Messaging the business on the Yelp app was fast and easy. Appointments were available quickly and technician showed up on time.

Both my freezer and dishwasher were fixed and the dishwasher works great. Would use them again for sure.
