Igor Dmitriev came to my home 25 minutes after I received a $60 Service Fee quote and accepted his price. He checked the entire washer including valves & hoses. It turns out it was just the hot water hose.
Igor did not have the hose in his truck. My husband will replace both hoses as it is VERY EASY to do. The good news Igor charged us only the $60 service fee. That's it! His service was quick, decisive and a bargain. I would definitely hire Igor again!

Our refrigerator ice-maker had gone out for the second time, so I called around and decided to have Igor come out to take a look. I selected Igor because he was the first to promptly return my call, was professional, and gave me a very fair estimate--which he stuck to!
Igor got the job done and gave explained to me what was wrong with the old ice maker. At least I was comfortable being able to see what the problem actually was ( a crack that was allowing moisture to get in where it shouldn't), and wasn't being sold a new ice maker when it wasn't really needed. I will definitely be calling Igor again should I have problems with other appliances in the future!
