The pilot light of our water heater was out. We followed the instructions and tried a couple times to relight it. But it went out again once the button was released.
PGE tech came over and told us to replace the thermocouple. He also said it would be an easy fix.
I watched YouTube for hints and figured we probably needed a professional.
Enty from Fuse came to rescue. The first visit at noon confirmed it was a thermocouple problem. But there is no spare part handy. He got the part later on and came back at 8 PM after finishing 5 jobs on that day. Finally we had hot water again after taking cold showers in the last two days!
Enty is patient and would take time to get the job done right. As he started his day at 8 AM, we really appreciated his help after a very long day.
One more thing is that Fuse is willing to offer discounts. That makes the choice even easier.

Excellent service for 2 projects: 1) installation of a heat pump water heater and 2) repair of heating system duct break in crawl space under house. Both jobs were done on time, efficiently and with full clean up. Andrew K was the main fellow for #2 and did a great job under very difficult conditions in the crawl space. I will be recommending this company to friends and am happy to share this experience here.

I'm upgrading the rating to 3 stars, because the installation was completed on schedule; the techs did work very hard while they were on site; and they cleaned up fairly well at the end of the project. Only wished they were more communicative and had explained how the installation was to progress at the commencement of the project.

Our landlord got this company to fix a completely broken hydronic heating. Andrew K. came the same day for diagnosis and the guy seemed really competent; checked all the wiring and was able to tell us exactly which parts were broken.
For the replacement with a heat pump, Oleg R. and his colleague did a fantastic job under really difficult conditions in the house (heating in the attic, very narrow entry etc). They really knew what they were doing and just made it work. They also made an effort to not leave any dirt, which we really appreciated.
The heating works super well now. I can recommend these guys, especially in comparison with another company that the landlord had tried before.

My furnace stopped working on Friday. I reached out to trusty Fuse service who previously performed quality repair on my dryer and installed a faucet during kitchen remodel. On Saturday morning, Zaur came out to my house at 8 am and within the hour he diagnosed the issue and fixed the furnace. He replaced the faulty igniter and now I again have a warm house for my family. Zaur, and Fuse services, thank you for the awesome quality and quick repair.

Received great service from Vitalii, the electrician. Helped us replace burnt outlet from our dishwasher and kind enough to also help replace power cord for the dishwasher as well at no extra cost. Definitely will use Fuse again next time!

We just got done with having Fuse replace all the drains in our house. It was a lot of money and I'm quite a cheapskate but it was a very good experience. Those guys worked their butts off for four days in a row. They answered every question and when I wasn't sure of something they took care of it, including what would have been an expensive repair to the concrete on our porch.
A couple of minor points: I wish I had known how much dirt the job would create inside the house so that I could have prepared better and some of the drywall repair work was sloppy but I'm going to panel over that wall anyway.
They showed up on time, finished when they said they would and there were no extra costs to us.

Our kitchen light went out and during our own attempt at fixing it, we broke the wiring while taking the light cover off of the light's base. We had to call in an electrician and found Fuse with the most reasonable quote with clear initial breakdown of how the service works.
With communication, there were confirmation text and emails, mostly automated messages; very efficient and clear for the communication process. The electrician's name was provided along with a photo prior to his arrival which was assuring.
The electrician arrived on time and diagnosed our problems efficiently and explained the issue clearly. He gave us a few options and pricing, explaining how the service works and how the price would work in combination with the diagnostic fee.
Alas, I had the electrician fix the wiring for us and decided to get the bulbs and do the replacement myself. I asked some questions to make sure I knew what I need and how to properly make the replacement. While these may be basic questions, I still very much appreciate the electrician being patient and informative with his advice.
The price came down to a number lower than some diagnostic fees from other services. Keep in mind that the service we required was somewhat basic, which means a more extensive repair could have changed the pricing. That said, the diagnostic fee was still the most reasonable and lower than others which I have received quotes from, just to note.
Overall, appreciated the work! Would use Fuse again and recommend it to others.

We had a leak in our garden irrigation for several years so we couldn't use automatic watering and had to do it by hand. Finally we decided that it's needed to be done and placed our request with Fuse. Not only they were able to accommodate our request in a timely manner (on Thanksgiving week) but the service provided was exceptionally good. The technician Stefan G. was able to locate problem very quickly and to fix everything quite neatly. That technician is very knowledgeable and intelligent, it was a pleasure to deal with him. The price isn't the cheapest but I clearly saw what I'm paying for. I would like to thank Stefan personally and whole Fuse team for their hard work and dedication

I have used Fuse for a variety of jobs (EV charger, gas pipe removal, installation of a load shedding device), and have always been very satisfied with their professionalism, skill, and promptness. But they really went above and beyond with their most recent job -- special props here to Zorik and his partner Paul. I wanted to switch from a gas oven to an induction one, which required installing a new 50 amp circuit. However, the layout of the kitchen made that exceedingly difficult. We have a super cramped crawlspace which does not extend to the area under the stove. Zorik and Paul had to do all kinds of complicated work under there in a tight spot with bad visibility. In the end they somehow managed to snake a thick 240v cable through the crawl space, under the kitchen island, and up through the floor, taking two 90 degree turns in an area where they had no direct access! I was sure they were going to have to cut into drywall or tear up floor to make it work, but they pulled it off with zero footprint. It was a job that took an extremely high level of skill and expertise. As always, the price was entirely fair -- in this case, better than fair: I should have paid more for this level of workmanship. The first few times I went with Fuse I shopped around for a few estimates, but now I don't even bother -- since their estimates are always as good or better than the competition, and the quality of their work, in my view, can't be beat.
