Very easy to get a quote via Zoom. Enty, the technician, was polite and very thorough with installing our new under-the-sink water filter. He also cleaned up the area well after installation. We have used Fuse in the past for HVAC installation and are very happy with the service, as usual.

Called Fuse Plumbing suspecting a leak in the bathroom shower. Ben arrived at the time of appointment, checked everything and concluded that all the plumbing is fine. Since the water would still occasionally leak, he helped me identify the problem (old caulking on one side of the shower)

Although I didn't end up hiring Fuse Plumbing (because there was no issue with plumbing) I would definitely hire them if I have a plumbing need in future. Thanks Ben for excellent customer service!

My sink had been leaking for a while and the building maintenance came a few times did some stuff but it would start leaking again in a few days.

I called Fuse Plumbing and their guy fixed the sink leak for good (it's now been a few weeks and no leaking ). They also fixed up my shower pipe which also had been a bit problematic!
