Ben and the team were amazing, they responded within hours, they had Ben out the following day, he did a free inspection and had a quote within hours. We needed two toilets replaced, Ben recommended toilets, he picked them up and installed them two days later. He was very accommodating and responds right away to all my texts :). Had a leak from shower and we requested for initial inspection from Fuse. Plumber Ben was sent to our place for that and we were super impressed with his effort. He was polite, friendly and did all possible investigations to isolate the problem. It turned out not to be a plumbing issue but Ben provided all the right feedback and next steps that needs to be done.
He ensured the place was cleaned up and this was done for no fees.
We are super happy with the service and will opt for fuse again in future

Fuse did an amazing job responding to a broken water main. Eric showed up the morning after I made the appointment and fixed the issue in a couple of hours replacing a cracked plastic fitting with brass. Very satisfied customer!

Ben plumber helped us install a water softener. He is relatively new on the job but did a good job. We ended up getting a broken product and had a lot of issues with the plumbing as a result but he dealt with it patiently. One thing that didn't go well for us was dealing with the cleanup after the broken softener basically clogged entire plumbing'. Also our toilets didn't function as before after new parts were installed. They tried their best to fix the issue but unfortunately it is not as before

Really good experience with Shtefan and Eric helping me to replace the water service line.
Shtefan showed up right on the appointment time for a free estimation, analyzed the situation in detail to me, provided 2 options of a temporal fix or replace it with copper pipe. Total price is reasonable.
I choose to go with the complete replacement, and they provided a same day service even though I decided late in the afternoon.
During the work, I wanted to learn and asked a lot questions, and they were super friendly to share their knowledge. Really appreciated.
They did finish the job right on the promised time with high quality. They also took care of my toilet plumbing issue at the same time without additional charges. They also went me through a regular check for AC, water heater and sprinkler system. Really nice work!
