Russell was very responsive to all the question we had during the quote process. Teodor was our project manager and planned the details of the job well, i.e. accommodating our requests/preferences. Dmytro did a great job. Diagnosed my electrical problem and was able to fix the problem. Had a bad connection and he took the time to clean the connection surfaces, so the electrical connection is strong and no longer overheating.
