We had major service done by Fuse. They were great! They arrived on time, wore booties (we're a no-shoes-inside house), wore masks and did good social distancing, and did a great job with the repairs. It was a great experience!

Kostas showed up a little earlier then promised (how often does that happen when you are waiting on someone?). He went right to work and diagnosed my issue pretty quickly. Unfortunately for me it was a costly repair, but he had the parts with him so no waiting days on parts.

He replaced the compressor and explained everything he did and told me about the warranty on his work. All in all he saved the day on my fridge and we were back up and running within a couple hours of him arriving.

I would highly recommend Fuse, as everything they said they would do they did and better. Thanks for the quick repair!!!!

Fuse was quick in response to my ping and Stan P came over and made recommendations which reduced my cost, and Zaur is technician completed the job( he worked on hot day outside) and completed the job on time with quality, I am very impressed with their craftsman ship. I did test the A/C unit(1200 sq ft house, 2 degrees decrease in 20 min). I definitely recommend Fuse, Consult Fuse before talking to others.

I took 10 quotes Fuse was very reasonable among them.

No wonder Fuse has so many good reviews one more feather in their hat.

I had an excellent experience using Fuse to repair our freezer. Armen was a top-notch service technician. He was always promptly on time to our appointments and was very knowledgeable. Armen had our freezer working during his first visit after he ordered us a new compressor. After it was fixed, he needed to make a slight adjustment and came by right away.

This freezer gave another company lots of trouble, they said it could not be fixed. I'm so glad I had Fuse come out for a second opinion! It turns out that the other company had the new compressor installed backwards. Armen got us up and running and saved us a lot of money. We will be using Fuse again in the future. Thank you!

PS. Joey was also very helpful in the office, I received a text message confirming the appointment, a text when Armen was on his way, and a call from Armen when he arrived. Excellent customer service all the way around!

Had Valentin come out to fix my dryer this morning . The best decision I've made in a long time . He was prompt , and efficient . He was very easy to deal with very nice guy and very knowledgeable thank you thank you thank you . I would recommend him and his company to everyone five star .

Our A/C and water heater went out at the same time. We hired Fuse after the first company came out and failed. Kosta came out and addressed the obvious issues. He was on time, professional, polite, wore a mask. The next day one of the A/C issues persisted. Kosta returned and found the Underlying issue. Fixed. No more problems. Highly recommend.

THE REAL DEAL!!! They deserve every star and more for sure.

After 12 years of living in our house we decided that it was time to stop being so cheap and finally get AC (well we also weren't going on any vacations, so there was some extra coin in the bank). Made an appointment, extremely respectful guy comes out (mask, shoe covers avoidance of touching anything). Two days later the crew comes out and just blasted through a very complicated job. The quality of the work is just outstanding.... they left the house spotless each day.... they wanted our input on all decisions. I just can't rave enough about these guys. If only all service professionals were like this.

I called and explained my concern to the woman who answered the phone - we have particles that seemed to have come out of the floor vents of my central heating and cooling system in several rooms. She asked my zip code but then told me they don't service floor vents. I asked her to explain why she needed my zip code if she knew they didn't service floor vents, and she had no answer.

I then commented that the issue is clearly not the vents themselves but the ducts (it's a central air system)... She said that she could schedule me for Friday. I asked if I could talk to someone who understands HVAC systems to see if they could actually assist - because if they service ducts but not the vents themselves, it's not clear how they can help. She said ""no"" and then I asked ""that doesn't make sense to you then, does it? Why would I have someone come out who can't actually service our HVAC system if they won't touch the floor vents?"" She literally then just said ""yup""... And that was the end of the conversation.

What full service HVAC company doesn't service a full central air system? Needless to say, I called other local HVAC companies and was able to get information over the phone as to what the diagnostic process and cost would look like.. and reliably know that my ducts can be serviced elsewhere.

Update: after writing this review, I received 4 phone calls from the company. In the first, they hung up before I picked up. They immediately called me back and then told me they had the wrong number after we spoke. Then, they left a voicemail the next morning and when I didn't return it, they called me again 3 hours later. I picked up again on that fourth call and this time, they told me I needed to replace my system (despite not doing ANY troubleshooting over the phone or asking me any follow up questions) and they could send a technician out for a free estimate. ABSOLUTELY NOT. And I already had a better, more caring company inspect the HVAC system - it doesn't need any replacing. A company that cares about its' customers asks questions for understanding and doesn't just push the most expensive option.

Fuse installed my new gas dryer yesterday. I scheduled the appointment last week. They showed up exactly on time (with masks on). Very friendly service, also they are very knowledgeable about appliances (dos and don'ts). The job was completed in a reasonable time. The tested to make sure the machine was functioning properly. All in all, great job. Thanks guys!

We have talked with many for options to install new AC. Stan came to the house with shoe cover, and checked carefully with current situation. He explained professionally for the central AC and ductless options. Later the company is responsive to update the estimates with several back-and-forth requests. Overall, Fuse is among the top choices we have talked so far. We are still reviewing several proposals since it is not a small project. Anyway, highly recommend Fuse if you are looking for a new HVAC company.
