I rarely write reviews, but I was able to schedule a same-day inspection for a heating problem. There was some back and forth with the tenants, but Chirill was patient enough to come back for a second visit and fix the problem in a timely manner. He did a great job and also offered to change the air filter in the house. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Ruslan does and amazing job of solving problems. We had issue with refrigerator not cooling - he fixed it, but he also fixed other things we didn't expect dryer (which was making strange sound while working).

I called Fuse HVAC because my washer wasn't working. Their response was prompt, only took 20 minutes to set the appointment, after I reached out by text message. Their technician, Chirril, was very professional and on time. He checked the washer and took the time to explain to me what the problem was, what to do in the future if the same thing happens, and answered all my questions. Most importantly, they fixed the issue. I was very happy with the quality of service from Fuse HVAC and would recommend them with no hesitation.

Our gas cooking range, which is now 20 years old, was having some problems, not all the burners were lighting up. I called Fuse on Saturday, booked an appointment for the next day, and Chirill, their technician showed up. He went thro' all 6 burners, cleaned them up, and made sure they were lighting up nicely, very thorough and competent.

For a 40 minute service, he charged $150, and fixed all the issues we were facing.

Super happy and highly recommend.

Probably not many people request uninstalling dishwasher. But I didn't want to mess up to try myself and finding a company who can handle it. Lots of place said they don't offer uninstalling and got few of places respond that they do. I just choose the best review place and I did right. Great response from yelp message and got a appointment with a quote. The technician was on time and he did really clean job for uninstalling. Removing wires and pipes was done clearly. Also took out the unit and even moved out the front door. Vacuum clean all the mess under where dishwasher was also. No extra cost and I'm so happy for their job. I understand this might be a easy job for them but the way they handle it was very professional and clear finish. Thank you!

Fast response with my inquiry, was able to send out a technician within an hour and even has a deal for the service fee. The technician, Nik, was really kind and patient. He made sure that he waited that everything was running well. He looked at all possible reasons why our furnace was shutting down.

I called Fuse to get a second opinion as another company was wanting me to spend $3,600 to replace our supply ducts and replace our 8-year-old furnace. I knew something was fishy then. I'm glad that Fuse came and confirmed that the other company was bogus on selling us work that we didn't need to be done.

The owner is very kind to reach out to me regarding the repair material cost issue. He nicely offered me a full refund of the material cost and I accepted a partial refund. Indeed, providing repair material cost transparency will set a practice apart from its competitors and attract/retain more new/return customers. Overall, I'm very happy with the outcome and will definitely come back for future repairs because the owner does his best to keep customers happy.

I just had my dryer fixed. I have no complaints to the technicians since they are polite and competent. Oh boy! the material they charged me is way more expensive than their competitors. I paid $120 for an electric dryer heating coil/element which is sold for $20-35 online everywhere! I think it's reasonable to make some money from the materials, such as $50-$70 in my case since they also paid shipping and bringing them to the customers, but from raising it to $120 is simply greedy, 2 stars off.
