WONDERFUL experience with the entire team of FUSE during my furnace replacement project. When my furnace stopped working (and as a consequence my A/C system, during very warm weather) I called Fuse on a Thursday and got an appt. for the following Monday. To my surprise, I got a call on Sunday, to offer to have the estimate made that day - I took the opportunity. The estimate was reasonable and competitive compared to a previous one, and they had stock and availability to install the exact furnace I wanted the next day!! On Monday morning, two kind and professional techs arrived on time and worked non-stop until the job was completed successfully a few hours later. They left the space as clean and organized as they found it, showed me pics of the condition of my equipment for my reference, and left promptly. Later on I contacted the office to switch my payment to a different credit card, and my request was processed promptly, smoothly and kindly. Fuse will not upsell anything you don't need, and will give you an accurate diagnosis of the situation and options regarding your HVAC system. I like the stress-free, pressure-free approach in my entire interactions with them. I know they will be responsive and reliable if/when I need to call them again for any electrical / maintenance / installation needs.

Our 26-year-old noisy old refrigerator finally started dying (I was sooo glad - been wanting to get rid of it for years but wife said no). We called FUSE and they had a cancellation that day so were able to come out in the afternoon.

The technician looked at it a few minutes and said it wasn't worth repairing. I asked how much to repair, anyway, and he said about $400 but then took a few minutes to show me brand new refrigerators on the web for $800 to $1,000 to convince me not to repair it. This convinced my wife. I asked what refrigerators were reliable and he gave me a few recommendations which I later confirmed by looking around the web.

I said thanks and asked how much to pay. He said ""No charge"" and politely left.

Definitely calling Fuse for any other appliance issues.

For my mini- split AC installation project, I was talking with 15 companies in Bay Area and got quite several quotes, received more than 5 quotes from these companies.

Fuse was the most detail oriented with very reasonable cost. 3 workers came to work during 2.5 days of actual installation. Again, their works were very detail focused and careful. I am very satisfy for what they have done at my home.

I am updating my review. After I posted my initial review two weeks ago, I was contacted by someone at Fuse who offered to send a cleaning service over to clean the mess that was left. I agreed to that and we selected a date for the cleaners to come, a Monday. I made arrangements to have my dog out of the house that day. The day before the cleaning service was scheduled, I was contacted again and informed that the cleaners couldn't come Monday and could only come the following Friday. Frustrated, I declined to reschedule and said I'd clean it myself. Since my AC unit was installed on July 9, I have been asking when the inspection with the city would be scheduled and have followed up several times. Today, (August 13, over one month later) I followed up again and was just told that since someone from Fuse needs to be present at the time of inspection, and they're very backed up, it would likely not be until September. The inspection was supposed to be scheduled for the week following the installation--at least that's what I was told by the rep who was at my house on July 9. This has been a truly frustrating experience and I would not recommend using this company.

I had a great time working with Fuze, they were always very quick to respond to my messages and were flexible when I had to pause planning initially- when I was ready they scheduled a technician to come out, the estimate they gave online was accurate, technician was quick, respectful and did really good work and it was all completed quickly and for a reasonable amount- would recommend (Job was moving an electric car charger)

I called FUSE Service when my refrigerator broke down over a weekend. They did not have any appointments for a couple of days. The person who picked my call was kind to give me a call back a little later to find out if I was able to find any other technicians in the area who could come and repair on a short notice. He even offer few tips on how to save food that may otherwise get spoilt.

The technician Damon, diagnosed the compressor problem quickly. When I requested him to replace it as soon as possible he came back the very next day with parts and all the equipment to fix it outside his regular work hours!

FUSE Service and Damon went above and beyond my expectations of a quality service/pro. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Complete system overhaul in my home, including removal of duct work containing asbestos, new high-efficiency furnace, high-efficiency variable speed heat pump. Quote from FUSE came in lower than a competitor, and I just liked the guys better after interacting with them too. Thanks Dennis for the patience answering my many questions during the quote process!

The result has transformed my home. Much more comfortable than before, even temperatures (no high/low swings), significantly quieter than the previous system, and with excellent air filtration.

Thorough, professional, competent

I contacted Fuse to diagnose/repair my HVAC by Yelp. Their response was very rapid and clear even on. sunday afternoon and through imessaging, they kept me in touch so I could plan for the servicing on. Monday afternoon. Sergui was able to let me know when he was headed to me, and his front door arrival was as expected.

The serviceman was extremely methodical in troubleshooting the AC unit, patiently and thoroughly investigating components to eliminate variables and hone in on the problem components. Once diagnosed, he was careful and methodical to inspect, measure, and check the performance of the AC unit. He was clear in his estimates of cost so there were no surprises and i was so appreciative of his methodical and careful quality of work. I especially appreciate his honest recommendations on what to expect as we go forward, and doing yearly inspections/maintenance seem like a great proactive measure.

I give Fuse my highest possible recommendation and intend to personally use them for any future HVAC work I may need.

Great company! AC broke on a Saturday, has had odd issue for some time now, I've had two other companies out here to look at it and they never really found a root cause. I was lucky enough to get Alan as a technician from Fuse, he found multiple issues with the unit and had us back up and running in no time. I will absolutely use them again and will be recommending them to friends.
