Our guest bathroom exhaust fan burnt out and if that's never happened to you, it's a hard item to replace because there are dozens of not hundreds of different sizes, makes and models. I found a close match, not exact, and I was afraid that modifying the exhaust fan space would be a whole day's job and cost a fortune. Thankfully that wasn't the case as our technician Zaur did a terrific job--fast, efficient, professional--and the space was modified to fit the exhaust fan perfectly. The price was quite fair and I'd use this service again in a heartbeat.
