They showed up on time and quickly addressed the issue. I tried everything to unclog a pipe. He cut cleaned out the abs pipe and replaced a problematic metal pipe section. Everything is flowing nicely

Called to have a toilet installed and was told I was the first stop on that day. At 10:00 I decided to call and check. Nobody thought to call me and explain that they would not be around until closer to 2:00.
I was told I would receive a text 30 minutes to tech arrival, which never happened.

No real explanation given...only excuses.

3 stars because Justin did a great job and they promised to get it done on that day.

Maybe I got them on an off day!

Had a pipe burst and required emergency service. Called over 10 local plumbing companies to fix but was told I'd have to wait a few days. Fusaro was the only company that was willing to rejuggle their schedule and come to fix the pipe within a few hours. Top notch customer service and communication. Would highly recommend!

Joe Fusaro did a great job advising us on selecting a water heating system to replace a 20+ year old unit, and all of the interactions and follow through were terrific . His employees, especially Ryan were pleasant, polite, and respectful, and obviously knew what they were doing. Even after encountering some existing plumbing issues, they worked diligently to solve the problems in the middle of a snowstorm. We are happy with the pricing, quality of work done, and as mentioned above, the overall experience itself.
