My client had a valve leak with her Manabloc plumbing system and Furuta Plumbing was recommend by the on-site manager. They came out quick to provide and estimate and ordered the part from the mainland which came in 2 weeks. The installation was completed the same day with no concerns.

Kai got here when they said he would and quickly found the problem. Thank goodness it's an easy fix. Looking forward to working with them on a bathroom renovation. I will also recommend them to anyone that needs a plummer.

This company states satisfaction guaranteed. this isn't true!!!! They didn't fix the problem and made more problems for us when they left. The worker was face timing the office 5 times asking how to work out the issue. Then they lied about the work done and charged hundred's of dollars. this is some kind of strange Satisfaction. I would never use them again and strongly suggest to others to use another company. I will contact the better business bureau concerning this bogus work

These guys are awesome. They came to our house the same day we called and fixed a pipe with a major clog (pipe was blocked over 30 feet down). Friendly technician provided us good updates as he troubleshot the problem. We previously used a different plumbing company for a similar issue and the bill from Furuta was significantly less- Furuta didn't nickle and dime us with any hidden fees. These guys are great. I called the yesterday because our office toilets were backing up. Dayton answered and said he will have someone out between 1-3pm THE SAME DAY (I called at 11am). Sure enough 1:30pm i receive a text from their tech Saying he's on the way. When arrived he was quick and sharp. Was able to get our toilets woking properly.
Would definitely recommend this company. This will the only company we call.
