Don entered the plumbing field by taking weekend jobs in high school. He began in Nevada, gaining valuable experience in plumbing custom homes and commercial properties. His skill set grew to include custom showers, radiant floor heating, and boiler installations.

Upon moving to California in 1999, he founded his own plumbing business in 2002. As the sole owner of Furtado Plumbing, his portfolio features commercial projects in San Leandro and Manteca, CA. His residential plumbing work extends from Livermore to San Francisco and from Tiburon to Cupertino. His professionalism and quality of work have built a successful company with an excellent reputation.
