Don began his plumbing journey working weekends during high school. Starting in Nevada, he acquired extensive experience in plumbing custom-built homes and commercial spaces. He evolved from basic plumbing tasks to specializing in custom showers, radiant heating systems, and boiler setups.

Following his move to California in 1999, he launched his own plumbing company in 2002. As the sole owner of Furtado Plumbing, his portfolio features commercial projects in San Leandro and Manteca, CA. He has plumbed residential homes from Livermore to San Francisco and from Tiburon to Cupertino. His professionalism and quality of work have built a successful company with an excellent reputation.
