Mark H.Had this company install a new toilet during a bathroom remodel. Within a year, the ring seal went bad and had to be replaced. This is a part that should last 20-30 years, but hey, sometimes these things just happen right? They graciously came back to my house and fixed it for free, just in case they had done something wrong, which I appreciated. Five years later, though, it has gone out again, and now I know for sure that they are using either substandard methods or substandard materials. Either way, they are now refusing to stand by their work and fix it right this time. I would highly recommend against this company.
