Mr. Lahcen was scheduled to come by my mother's house on July 8, 2024, to fix her dryer. He was in my area today and asked if he could stop by, to which I said yes. He came by and immediately went to work fixing my mother's dryer. I was blown away because I had NEVER seen any technicians provide such a fantastic service.

I hope to get him the future for all my claim needs.

We echo other 1-star reviews that have already been reported. Do NOT do any business with this individual. On May 6, this tech was sent to us via First Choice Warranty for a broken dishwasher. He arrived hours earlier than the scheduled arrival time. He was scheduled to do the work on May 22. He did not show, he did not call, and has consistently ignored our texts and calls since. Our landlord managed to get a hold of him on May 23 and he said he would call us shortly, which he did not. He has zero respect for anyone's time, is dishonest, and never finished the job but took the initial money. If we could give zero stars we would.

Choice Warranty Company was the one that sent this guy to fix a leaking dishwasher. He came and found that a hose had come off, but he didn't have a clamp to fix it, he took the hose with him so it rendered dishwasher useless to use. This was on Thursday 4/4/24 said he would be back Monday or Tuesday 8th or the 9th. I called him the 22nd and he said would be the 23rd or the 24th no show. I called him again the 29th, he said he had the part but he was going to High Point that day, that was the last I talked to him. I told the warranty company that they hired a liar, I see how well that worked out, so if this guy shows up at your house to do work run hiss butt off. They want me to add a star, wished they had a negative one. The man said I was not a customer Here's the proof I was

This guy making lies to get more money out of customers.

Not honest at all. I hired another plumber for a second opinion and was resolved in less than 10 minutes. To be more specific this guy said roots in pipes. There were NO roots at all it was just build up of grease. Wanted $250 to use his machine to dig roots out. NO ROOTS! Have records to back everything I say.

Gave a $75 consultation fee for this guy and he provided wrong information and tried to charge for fake problems that he created so warranty company would not cover and customer would come out of pocket with more money. Have reported to warranty company as well.

Avoid do not do business.
