I manage rental properties and have been using Funchion Septic Cleaning for years. The first time I used them, Michael noticed a small problem with my septic system that could have cost who-knows-how-much to repair it were not caught early. Micheal fixed the problem with a simple, common sense fix, and did not even charge me. That was 8 years ago, and I have been using him ever since.

He pumped another one of my tanks this months. The system had backed up a couple of times. In rentals that usually means baby wipes were flushed down the toilet. But when we opened the system up, that did not appear to be the problem. Michael accurately diagnosed my problem. My drainfield was not draining. This was NOT the news I wanted to hear. I know replacing a drain costs many thousands of dollars. But once again, it was Michael to my rescue! He recommend that I get the drainfield jetted out and recommended All County Rooter. I did not even know you COULD do that with a drainfield! They come out and ran a camera scope through my drainfield pipes. And, yep, they were full of water (which does not happen if they are draining properly) and coat with what is politely referred to as a ""biofilm."" When All County Rooter started to jetting the drainfield, the water back flowing out was almost like mud. After about 10 minutes, the water back flowing out was perfectly clear. After another 10 minutes, there was no more back flow, because the drainfield was draining beautifully. Once again, Michael years of experience and common sense approach saved me thousands of dollars!!!
