I was not happy with Scott I called him on Friday morning around 10-10:30 am and he did say that he had five jobs in front of me fair but he said he would give me a call back with about what time he would be able to get here. at 2:30 pm I called to see if he was still going to make it and he stated that he was putting in a water heater at this time and would give me a called when done I agreed. at 6:00 pm I sent him a text stating that it was getting late and I had a meeting to attend so would he be able to come on Saturday or not please text me back to let me know WELL no text or call. I even texted him on Saturday to see if he received my text and no response, so here I sit on Sunday without a kitchen sink. So I have to wait until Monday to find another plumber and get them over here. So as you can guess I will never use this Company nor will I recommend it as it was recommended to me.

Scott is a great guy who does great work. He has helped several people for years in my neighborhood of older houses, and can be counted on when needed. His work and his prices have always been great. Scott stays busy, so I have a feeling that some of the poor reviews that I have seen are from people that Scotty does not care to deal with.

Even though several people referred me to Fullerton Plumbing, I can't recommend them. Originally this guy came out and did a small job that I raved about. Talked to him about other work we needed done and he told me to call him the following Monday to schedule. I tried contacting him for a couple of weeks but never heard from him again. One of the people who referred me even tried calling but never got a call back. Must be nice to have so much work that you are okay blowing off commitments. Look else where for a plumber.
