Called Fuller Plumbing to handle some several items including running a camera down shower drain to confirm properly installed. Elena was great with communication! Our Takagi tankless hot water heater stopped working and we were told by another company it would be $5k to install a new system and ducting, etc. My husband called Fuller after locating them from the Takagi website as technicians. We are so grateful for their fast service and reasonable prices. Got to say, these guys were amazing, start to finish! I didn't even get a call into them until 3:30pm. By 5:15, they were able to have someone out to repair a gas valve. Although it was after hours, Tim and Elena said they would only be charging the standard labor rate, and not the after hours rate. Tim was great. He even offered to look at a slow draining tub since we were going to pay for the hour of time. I know it is such a small thing, but his taking the extra ten minutes to snake a drain (since I was already paying for an hour) was awesome. I'll definitely be calling Fuller for any future plumbing needs.

The other day I was in a pinch and needed some assistance with a shower. I went to Home Depot with no luck on finding the parts I needed. So I called Fuller's Plumbing. This handsome man named Jeff Fuller came ( he must be the son) with in the hour and fixed our issue. We will definitely use this company for our plumbing needs in the future

I had a great experience with Fuller's Plumbing. I have had years of clogging problems in my main bathroom. Plumber Tim came out and quickly assessed the problem....it was build up of salt deposits in the drop line...he cleaned out everything and replaced needed parts, so I am finally worry-free, especially when I have guests. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mitch to have a new faucet and garbage disposal installed. He was thorough, professional and did an excellent job.

Elena was a pleasure to work with in setting up the appointment and answering all my questions. When there was a delay in eta she was prompt to give me updates.

I had a little struggle with the lady who answered the phone while Elena was out to lunch as she couldn't seem to answer my questions. So if you call try to talk to Elena.
