Steve spent an hour talking to me about my options were and was very helpful. Steve emailed the estimate and followed through w a call. While I did not have him do the install because someone else came in lower. I had Steve replace a cartridge in a shower st his suggestin which remedied the pressure and overall performance of my shower . Steve was so helpful in talking through what was needed. I really appreciate his knowledge and will use him for any future jobs . I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to you . Called Fuller's on a Friday afternoon holiday weekend (July 1), after Takagi tankless water heater went out.....Steve Fuller came by within 2 hours, took a look, couldn't find anything that was evident....unit was 15 years old so recommendation was replace. Steve had provided an estimate about 1 year prior for complete replacement of unit, and honored that quote this past weekend. The timing of this was unfortunate, as it was a holiday weekend....but Steve and his team made sure we didn't go without hot water for the weekend.

I went to Fuller's looking for a specialty piece of pipe for rebuilding our shower. We have a very old house and they don't actually make a piece to fit the drain the way we needed it to. The guy that helped me was so nice and helpful. He spent like 30 minutes looking at pictures I brought and trying to custom fit a piece for our shower. We had been so stressed in the days prior, trying to make different things fit. After bringing home the custom piece he gave me, we were so happy. It totally worked, no issues. Thank you so much! I don't know if this is a family business, but it's run like one. Great service, really nice and helpful. I will absolutely be back and would recommend this place to anyone.

I called Fuller Plumbing because I needed a re-pipe estimate. I talked to Elaina on the phone, we set up the appointment. I made sure to be home all day on the day of the appointment but no one showed! Steve was supposed to show up and never did. They never called, they just didn't show up.

I called Fuller's Plumbing today to replace all the old pipes and baskets under my sink from metal to PVC, and they did a professional, awesome job ! I can't believe how good it looks now compared to the corroded mess I had before. Also, they fixed the gas valve going to my dryer on the same job, saving me from paying for two separate trips. I will always recommend Fuller's Plumbing!

Fullers is a small company on 3rd ave new Palomar in Chula Vista. I am president of a HOA for 30 condos. I have used them several times in the past and find them to be fair, reasonably priced, and honest. I will continue to use them. You should too.

My mother has used Fuller's Plumbing Service for many, many years. Recently she had to have some major plumbing work done and Fuller's did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous to my mom. They cleaned up after their work each day to my mom's satisfaction. The icing on the cake was that they charged her quite a bit less than they originally quoted because the job didn't take as long as they anticipated. Now how many companies would do that? My mom wouldn't use any other plumbing service. She highly recommends them.
