Long time customer of Fuller Plumbing. Recently had a bathroom remodel and discovered the contractor botched the job. Contacted Fuller plumbing John came out the next day. He fixed the plumbing issues and made the shower not only work but look nicer. The staff is so polite and accommodating. I highly recommend Fuller Plumbing.

My garbage disposal and pipe stopped up. I called the AS* outfit and they quoted $350 to unclog but then said they needed to replace pipes to the tune of $15,000 and still did not clear my drain. Quite frankly, they were more concerned about being sued than fixing my drain (they would not remove the drain clean-out for fear the stucco would chip and they would be sued.)

I called Fuller Plumbing and I am so glad I did. John came out that same day, cleared the drain, not giving up until I could use my sink. He was pleasant and professional. He is a plumber - not a salesman looking for a sale. I can't imagine using any other plumber/plumbing service after this experience.

I'm a real estate agent, investor, and when it comes to local in Chula Vista, this family business has been doing it for years and they really know the homes here. When you call, be very specific on the scope of work with Sue or Elena and they are usually know who to schedule for the work so the field guys can be in and out pretty quickly. Some big remodel projects to emergency sewer pipe problems to even a small faucet/angle stop change, they are great. I have had worked with probably 5 different people from the team & its consistent. I used to only have Steve or Tim for over 15 years, but all the guys are pretty knowledgeable and they always have a well stocked van for materials. Bonus today with John & Will, they checked the water pressure to make sure it was on point.

By the way, Steve has done some major tankless water heaters for us for homes in La Jolla and locally here in Chula Vista, and they really know how to handle it. Thanks guys ....see ya at the next house.

What a great group of people; Elena, Robert, John and others. I would encourage ANYONE who is in the area to check these folks out. My wife and are traveling the country in a motor home and need some plumbing supplies. And Robert not only help me figure out what I needed, but he actually took the time to actually cut some of the PVC.

Elena handles the money AND tries to keep ""the guys"" in order. Tough task, be she is wonderful.

This used to be my go to plumming bussines when Steve Fuller was the owner , now he is retired and is not the same at all,be careful and ask for a firm quote as to how much you are expected to pay .

Our on demand water heater was working only sporadically, so I called the plumbing service I've used before who had installed it two years earlier. They came that day, did nothing, said they'd return, but never did. Two days later, they wanted to charge me weekend rates. At that point, I got it right and called an expert, Steve, at Fuller Plumbing. Steve came out on Saturday, no extra charge, and immediately started testing literally everything, which passed, except for a constant gas flow from my meter. He told me this happens on a rare occasion and to get an SDG&E appointment for which he made himself available. He convinced them to change the regulator, after a bit of discussion, and that fixed the problem. Expert service, great price and my new plumbing service.

Highly recommend Fuller's Plumbing. These guys are the real deal. Excellent tradesman, fair, responsive. Steve, Tim, and the whole group there are outstanding. We had them perform major service on our mainline and replace a wall heater. We could not be happier with their work.

Called Fuller Plumbing to handle some several items including running a camera down shower drain to confirm properly installed. Elena was great with communication!
