I called Full Speed Plumbing because both of my shower and my bathtub wouldn't drain. I called on Saturday and was given an appointment for Monday 8 to 12. They never called so I had to call them when they didn't show. I was told that there was 17 people in front of me! Said they might make it out that evening or maybe on Tuesday! No concern!! We couldn't take a shower or bath! We had to go to my daughter's house to bathe!
I called another plumber and they came out that afternoon! I called and canceled the appointment with this company!
They are unreliable and unresponsive!
I will never call them again!
Don't use this company! You will be let down!
They do NOT have enough employees to get the jobs done! They must not care that they are losing money and customers!

I had a copper pipe joint blow out during cold weather. I called Full Speed on Saturday morning and they said someone could come on Monday between 8AM and Noon. They said there would be a less than 70 charge that would be waived if I choose to accept service. There was no mention of extra charges for issue or urgency (I did wait almost 3 days for service, so it was hardly urgent. )

The service person finally arrived around 3:30 and was able to do the repair in less than 1/2 hour. I was quite surprised when the bill came to $1,788.02. Even with drive time to and from Mt. Vernon, this comes to over $1000/hour! The only part used was a copper pipe cap and some solder.

The only reason I am giving two stars vs. one is that the job got done and the service person (Luke) was kind, professional, and the job got done.

Full Speed Plumbing gave me same day service! They provided me with options on the situation. Their prices were very upfront and transparent. The tech provided me with education from his knowledge on my drains.

Full Speed Plumbing came out to our home in Granite Falls, Wa March to try to find a water leak which i thought was near the meter. the service tech wanted a $1000.00 down payment and I said No. He had me sign a IPAD agreement (I am 90 years old ) and cannot read the fine print. He came back 3 days later with a trencher from home depot that rents for 300. a day. I told him where i thought the leak was and he told me to go into the house I did not know what I was talking about. So I took my shovel and went over to the meter and started digging around and water started spurting out. I dug further and found that the coupling had come loose so I tightened it. the water stopped running. I have been trying to contact their billing person Kimberely Mckinzie and she has told me that they are sending a letter of apology and a refund for services not rendered but to date have not received any thing from them. I have contacted the Attorney General and he said to post a claim against their contstruction bond which i can do. I just got out of the hospital from having a stroke from the stress of them stealing $4300.00 from me. I would never call them again and hope that no one else has had elder abuse and been scammed by this company. i do have photos of where they dug almost in to the neighbors gas lines. They are so outrageously expensive. It ended up being $3500 for about 15 minutes of using the hydro jetter. I wish I had pushed back but agreed to the price because I needed the work done and the technician made it seem like he had this super special machine and it would be a hard job that took a long time. When he was done so fast I couldn't believe how much I had agreed to pay. When I called the company later they had all these excuses: fuel cost for fully stocked truck, they don't charge by the hour they charge based on what they THINK the scope of work will be up front. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else!

we had a backed up drain we were dealing with for a week now. I called this morning 9/7 at 8:00 am The communication was great right away and Doc was at my house by 9:30. he was courteous , thorough and got the problem fixed. I would recommend Full Speed Plumbing to anyone.

After a number of reschedules (2 or 3) the tech showed up, quoted a price close to $2000 for a sink clog (2nd opinion handled this issue and another issue not included in that estimate for ~$300) and was generally rude about my hesitation to sign off on the crazy estimate after insisting that clearing a kitchen sink drain from anyone would cost that much.

The estimate, interaction, and general process were all unsatisfactory to me. In the end was happy I paid the hundred dollar trip fee rather than choosing to use their service.

horrible service, kept getting the run around with scheduling and then rescheduling. not customer focused. very unrealizable do use these guys. i called another company and they came out within an hour. thats service

Called and explained we need the line from secondary septic to main snaked/camera put in to see if there is a blockage. They show.up ate here 10 minutes because even if they could they did not have a long enough line for what we needed looked at and also was advised ""they are not rated for septic"". I was still charged $79 scam scam scam. They knew and still sent someone and charged anyway even though they did absolutely nothing. Avoid this place at all costs and file a better business bureau complaint if you did use them and got charged for nothing as well. It is hard enough to make ends meet we don't need shady companies stealing our money.
