Broken pipes, booked an appointment for today 1/16. Called to confirm the evening prior was told my appointment was good and someone would be out. Got a text message during my service window, not a phone call, letting me know my appointment needs to be rescheduled to NEXT WEEK. Called to find out what went wrong and the customer service rep basically said so many people had burst pipes that they just had to start bumping some people out. Wanted to know why specifically I got deprioritized for a week and why my burst pipe is less important than someone else's burst pipe, she was rude and would not give me an answer and talked over me. Asked for a supervisor to give me a call, 2 hours later no call. How does a company that misses its commitments by a full week stay in business? Easy, they can treat customers like trash and it doesn't matter because there will always be more customers and not enough plumbers. Can't imagine ever working with this company again, will wait two weeks if I need to for a company that has any level of compassion and adherence to commitments.

Had an appointment with a four hour window. Came 3. hours after they were supposed to be here! They don't have enough employees to do the work! Never using them again. They must double up on appointments only leaving others hanging!
