Saturday 12/11 we have a main water break ( Call Full Spectrum Pluming Of Yucaipa) I show him the line which was right next to two neighbor waterlines!! I asked if he wants me to turn on the water to see leak... He said no. Quoted me $450 to do the horseshoe repair. ( I agreed ) He cuts the line water gushes out-- Cut The Wrong Line, now my neighbors without water. Partially my fault!! Spectrum shuts down all three waterlines. Tells me my waterline is three inch line and it's going to cost much more but he don't have time to do it ,that he thought he'd be out of here in one hour. He calls another one of his plumber company friends to take care of it { Didn't show in 40 minutes like he said / Or the Next Hour like he said / Promised me he was on his way, another hours NO SHOW!! At this time it's 3 pm all other plumbers booked. And I'm now sitting here with three houses water shut off cause Spectrum cut the wrong line and took off running. I'm complete out of options so I call my Electrician friend he was over in 40min with all the parts. ( Note The Line Spectrum said was three inch and would cost more than the 2'' he quoted me on!! Was in fact a 2'' inch line. My Electrician friend saved the day fixed both water lines in one hour. Can you believe that A Electrician fixed a plumbers job in one hour!! What kind of plumber runs after cutting the neighbors water main water line and shutting all three houses water off.

Amazing!!! Kyle Called me back on thanksgiving day and came out the next day to replace our water heater. He was awesome and we are so happy he was able to get us hot water so quickly especially on a holiday!

Excellent experience with FSP. Called them on 9-16-19 to see if they could fix the gas lighter pipe in the fire place. Kyle cane came out a few hours later. He was very friendly and knew exactly what part we needed. He left and went and got the price of the part and called us to let us know how much the repair would cost. He said he would come out the next day to do the job.

Today he communicated well. Gave us an ETA and updated us as the time got closer. He showed up on time and completed the job quickly. Thank you Kyle for helping us with this repair and getting us closer to closing our escrow.

Excuse was ""Oh the other guy"" must have taken the appointment and put it in his book, he's off today, sorry.

We had an emergency drain clog in our kitchen sink with a party the next day that we were prepping the food for. I called Full Spectrum Plumbing in Yucaipa since they were so close and were available 24 hours a day. Mark, the owner answered and said he would have his technician call me back right away. Within 5 minutes, Kyle called and said he would be at my home in 15 minutes. He arrived in less than 15 minutes, along with his helper, Gabriel, and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and were on their way in less than 30 minutes. A BIG thank you to Kyle and Spectrum Plumbing for fixing our drain and saving our party!

We were referred to Full Spectrum Plumbing by a dear friend. I reached out to them on a Sunday about my water heater leaking at the bottom. They were at my house within an hour. Kyle was very straight forward and told me exactly what the cost was, what they recommended, and that they could come the next day to do it. After much careful consideration, and researching other options, my husband and I decided to go ahead with the replacement. Kyle came and took care of everything and quickly. I feel the price was fair, Kyle was knowledgeable and respectful. They were able to get the job done quickly. I will definitely recommend for my neighbors and family members and keep them in mind next time something goes crazy with my plumbing.
