I could not be happier with our experience with Full Service. The owner, Matt, came within an hour of our call and was very thorough. He not only gave us an estimate but also advised on ways we could save money and helped us understand how the whole insurance process works. His employees were so professional and courteous. Our first floor was flooded but we were able to stay in our home while they completed the work, and they were actually finished a week ahead of their anticipated timeline. Super personable and thoughtful. I never write these types of reviews, but this is truly a rare find.

Do not use this company. I had them do what was suppose to be a weeks work. Took 4 months. The employees smoked weed and ciggs in my house. Would pee on the toilet seat. Left trash all around. The owner Matt Jones could not run a hot dog stand. Would sit there and drop employees off without supply's and take hours to come back. I caught one employee sleeping on the couch. Then he tryed billing the insurance company for twenty hours of roof repairs. When it only took 2 hours. I ultimately kicked them out and had another contractor come in and finish repairs.I wish I could give zero stars.

I hired Full Service Restoration when our upstairs toilet overflowed and our basement was flooded due to plumbing issues that we were not able to address on our own. We called them on a Sunday morning and they were at our house 30 minutes later, fully equipped to start to clean up the water and get to the bottom of the plumbing issue. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They competently handled every aspect of the job, including the clean up, plumbing, and repair of the damaged walls and ceiling. It was a complicated job that basically involved tree roots invading the plumbing beneath our very old home. They were thorough but efficient, and kept us informed and updated every step of the way. But what really left a lasting impression and prompted me to take the time to write a review was when they called two weeks later to ensure that we were satisfied with the work! I would recommend Full Service Restoration to anyone who needs any kind of home repair or clean up from damage.
