cathy ..We were so disappointed in the service, elevated billing and misrepresentation of our property in their report. They billed our insurance an excessive amount for services. Their tech broke off the toilet paper holder on our wall when he was working in the 1/2 bathroom where the water damage was. When I called him out on it, he told me just add it to the insurance claim-they will cover fixing the wall.......So not true and inappropriate as well. The insurance did not cover it as it was not part of the water damage and we had to pay for their careless mistake. Their report to our insurance company even had a photo that was not at our property on it. When I called them I was given many excuses for the elevated billing as well as no explanation why a different property was pictured for our report. Go elsewhere!!
