Jeffrey and Crystal are always amazing with a laser focus on great customer service. Jeffery is an absolute master at his craft that I know will always get the job done and done right and honest.

I want to thank Jeffrey for going the extra mile to get our washing machine finally sitting level for the first time since we had it installed two months ago. On a previous plumbing job, the plumbers had left the machine sitting lopsided with the front end propped up on the 1-inch tile and the back end lower on the untiled floor. This was causing the machine to rock and every load of laundry to get unbalanced during the spin cycle. Jeffrey came by himself and promptly got the machine back on level ground. I thought that was all that needed to be done, but when my wife came in to look, she wasn't satisfied that it was completely level. Jeffrey patiently and methodically took his tools and sled back out, lifted the machine up, adjusted the front feet, and kept working at it until it was perfectly level side-to-side and front-to-back. He also saw some tension in the hoses that he didn't like, so he took the machine apart to make sure they were secure in the back. Since we had been without a washing machine for two weeks, a lot of laundry had piled up and as a result my wife has been doing load after load since last night. The machine is humming along and running quieter and more smoothly than at any time since we got it. I also want to compliment the professionalism and skill of this company's plumbers, who have been doing a lot of work in our building lately. I'm a director on my condo association's board, and we were getting reports from some units that their washing machines were not draining properly into the adjacent shower drain. The pipe in question was inside the individual units, so it was not a problem that the condo association could address directly. Instead, we sought proposals from several plumbing companies and asked them to tell us how they would fix the problem and how much they would charge. Full Service Plumbing came in with a fairly reasonable quote, and more importantly, seemed to have the best plan for fixing the problem (our building's drain pipes are complicated). The association paid for the first job, in the resident manager's unit, and confirmed that the work they did completely solved the problem. It did, so we recommended them to all of the other owners who were having the same problem. They've now done this work in a number of units in our building and every unit they've worked on has been completely satisfied with their excellent work and the professionalism of their plumbers and office staff.

I highly recommend Full Service Plumbing. Unlike many of the franchise companies, an actual licensed plumber, Owner Jeff Gilbert, came out and gave me a sound evaluation of my 54-year old cast iron drain pipe, and a fair price for replacing 35-feet of 4-inch pipe, one cleanout with a new 2-wye cleanout and a new connection/cleanout to the street lateral. They did the work ahead of schedule and added some extra work that they did not charge for. His young men were courteous and hard-working. I will call them for any future plumbing work that I might need and recommend them to my family and friends.

We needed to move our water heater a couple of feet. We had a tangle of copper pipes from a previous water heater relocation. Some of the pipes had elbos outside the wall. Joe came in and whipped the problem before lunch. A virtuouso performance. So fast. No wasted motion. No leaks. And affordable. I asked him to do one more thing: install a water filter. He figured out that the faucet would not clear the bar above the sink in about a minute. Didn't have to pay for a failed experiment.

Years ago, our toilets started overflowing at night. A friend had recommended Jeff's company, and he responded right away. There was a problem in the pipe outside, underground, and he was able to take care of it right away. He and his crew have been our trusted plumbers ever since. We used them again this past week for some toilets and faucets repairs and they continue to be great at what they do. It is wonderful to have a plumber who you can trust to do the best.

I give Full Service Plumbing a 5 star rating! We manage over 1000 rental units and deal with a lot of plumbing issues on a weekly basis so obviously we have a lot more experience in dealing with plumbers than most people would in their lifetime. Jeff and his crew are top notch not only with their knowledge, timeliness, and expertise, but they go out of their way to make sure things are done correctly. They are highly recommended and a company we have no problem in vouching for!

Once again, my urgent call to this business was for a broken water heater in garage storage at our Kailua rental. Plumbers and staff are quick to respond and resolve problem to the satisfaction of the renter and us while other plumbers contacted by the property manager do not respond as quickly. We've used them at our residence in the past as well with the greatest satisfaction. All dedicated workers and staff and hard working and dedicated. Knowing how messy, unclean plumbing can be, it's a blessing to have them there in times of need. Mahalo Jeff and staff.

I was looking for an emergency plumber to come over late afternoon on a weekday. I called Full Service as they were located in Kaneohe and they sent out a plumber immediately to fix my issue. Fast, efficient and professional - I will 100% use this company again and will recommend them to everyone too.

Back in 2017, we received a quote of $250 just to show up at our front door from Steve's Plumbing. We didn't hire them. A year later, my brother actually paid that exorbitant show-up fee because he had a plumbing emergency and couldn't find anyone else to go to his condo. After that, we promised ourselves we would not call Steve's Plumbing if we needed a plumber. So in October, 2020, when we needed a plumber for our family-owned condo, we didn't know which company to call that wouldn't rip us off and worse. It was a relief when our property manager referred us to Full Service Plumbing. What a great recommendation! Lindsay requested pictures of the leaking shut-off valve to our washing machine so we could get an estimate and so they would know what parts the plumber needed for the job. Joe showed up on time for our appointment, was appropriately masked, worked quickly to replace the shut-off valve and hoses, and didn't leave a mess. After sticker shock from Steve's Plumbing all those years ago, we were delightfully surprised that Full Service Plumbing's bill was reasonable at $209 for all the work done, including parts, and well below the $375 estimate Lindsay had given us. On April 30, 2021, Full Service Plumbing did work at our house in Kailua. Lindsay was able to schedule us within a week of my call for help with a leaking kitchen faucet. In the days leading up to our scheduled appointment, Crystal called a few times to let us know they had openings in their schedule if we wanted the work done sooner. A change in our appointment wouldn't have worked out for us, but it was good to know they were thinking of us. Joe was our plumber again. He removed our leaking kitchen faucet and installed the Moen faucet that we supplied. He also fixed the pop-up drain stopper for my Grohe bathroom sink faucet. Joe worked quickly and efficiently. The entire job took an hour and the cost was $204, which included the materials for the pop-up drain stopper mechanism replacement. We consider Full Service Plumbing's prices very reasonable. According to Lindsay, Joe is their go-to repair/service plumber. He's polite, friendly, professional, and was properly masked while working in our house. My husband is a retired contractor and he always complained about many of the electricians and plumbers who left their rubbish wherever it fell on the floor and expected he would clean up after them. This was not an issue with Joe because he picked up after himself, as a professional should, and left his work areas as neat and clean as he found them. Lindsay is awesome and a pleasure to work with. Crystal, who also works in the office, is equally nice. We are grateful to our property manager for recommending Full Service Plumbing. We will definitely use them again and are already telling our friends about them.

I did NOT use this company for plumbing because 2 appointments never saw daylight: One switched to an earlier date (great) and then that one was cancelled due to 'the tech that does this type work is not available' the day prior. I am on my THIRD plumbing company trying to change out a tankless water heater and do the filters and service valves a proper install requires (not done on the old unit by original plumber and it knocked out after 2 years since we could not flush it w/vinegar to stop calcification build up) ...and they all SAY they know how, show up and know nothing. (The first company was looking it up on Utube!!! NO THANK YOU!) These guys sounded great, said they have a tech for this, but bail twice. Today when I CB to reschedule? Said they are overbooked TWO MONTHS out. Doubtful. Sorry. I went with Steve's Plumbing who have a specialist contractor for JUST tankless systems and can come tomorrow. I haven't had hot water for a month:( Brrr...Perhaps other type plumbing jobs are great as the reviews say w/Full Service--but NOT tankless. If there even is anyone there that knows how to repair/switch units. I'm flabbergasted that this is THREE plumbing companies now who seem unable to admit they don't do this type plumbing...or they make an appointment when unable to accomodate it? Huh? Go with Steve's. Aloha
