This company practices price gauging!!! Make sure you check them out in the Better Business Bureau first. I had a slow drip in my kitchen. They came in, dug a 5in x 5in hole into the concrete (the floor was already removed). It took them all of 45-minutes to complete the job. My charge... $3500! And, they left the hole just like that - exposed. I later received an estimate for the same job for 79% less ($1500)! I confronted the owner with the estimate and he gave me a bunch of excuses why he charged me such an outrageous rate. I've already been taken advantage of, but if this saves one person, it's worth it. I've done research and single women and elderly are typically overcharged for plumbing jobs. I believe this is another gross example of that.

Its a typical Saturday evening after cooking a feast and about sit down for a movie... when I noticed the sink isn't draining and the food disposal isn't breaking down the food! I went straight to the plunger. I am short so I stood on a chair and tried to """"fix it"""". No luck! Both sinks were a mess. Full Service Plumbing can to the rescue! Even though it was a Saturday evening, Chris went above and beyond and came over to fix the issue. He went to get parts and came back promptly. I couldn't have been more relieved! Absolute life savers!!!

My experience with this company was sweet and sour; sweet because it began smoothly with the technician transmitting a """"quote"""", I authorizing it based on what I heard and he doing a very good job. The sour part came when I wrote a the check for $ eighty and I was told that it $two eighty!! I called the office to argue an extremely outrageous cost for the one hour job but no rectification on Mr. Javier's part. If I had understood two eighty I would not have done the everyday job at that cost. Conclusion: when dealing with this company try to get a written quote so they don't nail you to the cross as the did with me. Antonio
