i signed up for their yearly subscription service that includes maintenance and inspection on the AC and Heater for each season as applicable. Cody came out to check out everything on the AC. He did a very thorough job and checked things that commonly go bad like capacitors and such.. of course checked the cooling temperature drop and refrigerant levels. He let me know my hot water heater had a slow leak on the pressure relief valve but didn't pressure me to fix it because it is in the garage and the water evaporates so it's no issue. told me to keep an eye on it though. He also cleaned the outside unit and it looks great. Cody was a great guy and I would trust him for any work or maintenance. We were talking about AC systems and I could tell that he knows his stuff!

After several attempts, Had David out to help unclog our sink drain with a snake. He was very professional & personable. Answered any plumbing questions & gave advice. Called with a time he'd be at the house. Laid tarps down, drained water, cleaned up. I'd recommend this company anytime. Will hang on to business card. Thank you!

I called for a repair on my hot water heater in January. The hot water heater is only 1.5 years old. 2 plumbers came to look at it. They said I needed a new valve. They also told me I needed to replace the intake and outtake water pipes to the hot water heater because they were not up to code. They wanted a total of $900.00. I said no to the pipes and they just fixed the valve for $300.00. My son is in construction management. He asked his union plumbers, I googled and we asked another plumber and they all agreed that the pipes are up to code and safe. They were trying to scam me out of $600.00 !!!! Plus I believe they over charged me for replacing the valve. I requested an itemized invoice. They charged me for 2 hours and they were here less than one. I called 3 times to speak to the manager about all this and they were never there and would have to call me back. I NEVER got a call back. I want my $200.00 membership fee refunded. I do not want to work with a company that tries to scam hard working people out of their money. And now they will not speak to me. I found a very nice independent plumber who I will be using from now on. Do not use Full Nelson Plumbing.

they have been to my ho a couple of times for a/c work and when i have a plumbing problem they don't do mobile homes anymore. that's sucks.
