We want to be known for our honest service and sales practices, providing options only for clear and valid concerns our technicians highlight as suggestions. We will highlight critical repairs solely in the event of a serious failure. Within our industry, we will set the standard for providing plumbing, heating, and cooling services.

Mr. Michael S. Mansell established Full Nelson Plumbing Inc. in March 2003. Mrs. Heather Mansell became Vice President on December 10, 2012. In January 2018, the board appointed her as CEO and initiated the process to make Full Nelson a majority woman-owned business. Their mission has consistently been to build a service company focused on fair pricing, integrity, honesty, and complete customer satisfaction. In March 2019, the company acquired Elefson & Son's Heating & Cooling, which allowed for diversification and the addition of heating and cooling services. Mr. Dwight Elefson also joined us and assumed the role of manager for the new HVAC division at Full Nelson PHC.

Michael ""Shawn"" Mansell found his calling in the apartment maintenance sector immediately after graduating high school. He learned plumbing skills during his job, which sparked his interest. He also had a calling to join the US Marine Corps. After completing his four-year service, he returned to his plumbing interests by working for several larger plumbing companies in Kansas City. His dedication and drive inspired him to start his own company, and with encouragement from his wife Heather, they launched their business from home in early 2003. By 2016, they expanded to six service technicians. Currently, they work from a 14,000 sq. ft. independent building, employing more than 20 staff members.
