The plumber did not wear a mask. They had to come four times and still didn't repair the leak. I provided all the original parts and their plumber Harry didn't replace the seats - only the value stems inside the shower. I had the seats but he was too lazy to change them and the shower started leaking into the wall. I will never call this company again. Worst plumbing experience in my life.

We just had all our water service lines replaced - Harry did a great job and was pleasant to deal with, as well! We'll call them again for other projects.

I Called them regarding a leaking faucet. Finally called me back 2 weeks later!
Said they are in my area often, and would be out soon to look at it. Now 2 months later, faucet is still leaking, never showed up. Time to get a new plumber!
