Plumbers came by again the second time this week to unclog my bathroom drain which I know was clogged by hair as it usually is...

The job took them less than 5 minutes, they walked in, set up, my kids watched them work for 2 minutes and then they walked out.
One of the guys came back in and told me there was something soft clogging the drain I asked him if he knew what was causing the issue and he said he did not know but it was something soft and it could have been a build up of debris or hair and that he recommends for me to get a strainer to help prevent things from going down the drain like women's hair or bottle caps or anything my kids may put down there. Then a couple days later I receive a letter from my property management.

The workers did not find anything in my drain nor did they spend anytime trying to fish out something my kids put down the drain. We had a simple clogged drain caused by hair or build up or something normal that would cause this issue but now we have to speak with our property management about the issue and it is not right.

Shame on you for blaming the children when there was no proof or call for that. We did not say we lost or misplaced a toy or something nor did we say the kids were to blame for the call. The plumbers did not physically see anything nor touch anything with their hands so how would they know what was causing the clog in my drain? They just put the blame on my kids and that is not right.

They said the kids put something down the drain... sounds like a quick excuse to me. All I see is that they didn't do their job properly the first time and are putting the blame on the tenant's children so they don't have to fix the issue on their behalf.

I have been a real estate agent in San Diego for 19 years, and sell a lot of houses each year, so we use sewer inspectors 50+ times a year. We have never been happy with any of the big name companies, until someone told us about Fuentes. Their difference of their work vs others is night and day, and the quality of their work, professionalism, and understanding how to explain problems is bar none. The technician, Josh did a fabulous job.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work there.

We had a leak in the front yard that became a huge issue very quickly. They were responsive, extremely friendly and accomodating. They did an amazing job, the front yard actually looked even better after they were done. They even took the time to meet our dogs so that they were more comfortable and wouldn't bark as much while they were working. And they worked overtime to finish BEFORE the estimated time. Seriously, if you have anything, call them.

Christmas Eve having water pouring from the drain pan of our water heater, is not something to make your holiday. I contacted Ruth at Fuentes Plumbing and Drain, and she jumped right on it, scheduling a crew to come evaluate the issue. She was able to contact a supplier, and sent one of the crew to get the water heater while the other drained and removed the existing.
