One of the worst contractors I have ever had to deal with. He was assigned to me by my home warranty company to fix a clog in the main sewer line. He diagnosed the issue, got authorization to fix it, and then just bailed. He said he was leaving to pick up some different equipment and never came back. Stopped responding to calls or texts. I didn't have working plumbing for a week and it cost me hundreds extra to hire my own plumber.

My home warranty company connected me with FTR Service Company for my plumbing issue. I contacted Rey at FTR ## WED about my plumbing issue. He said he was not available the rest of the week, but could come out ## SAT @ 9AM or Monday morning. HE NEVER SHOWED UP on Saturday, NOR DID HE CALL NOR TEXT. Monday rolls around, HE NEVER SHOWED UP Monday either. I called Rey on ## TUE morning, and he stated, "I have (2) jobs and then I am coming to your home." Low and behold, Rey @ FTR never showed up. I called and called, he never answered. I also texted him, and he never responded. Had to call my home warranty company again and have someone else sent out. He could have been more professional and communicated better. Piss Poor service company!
