Fred is very professional and responsive. I was able to set up an appointment the day I reached out. He had the parts to fix a shower downspout issue and I couldn't be happier with the work and how quickly he resolved the issue. Peace of mind is restored.

Fred replaced the shower/tub downspout which had been installed by another ""plumber"" with black pipe that is only supposed to be used for gas because it rusts (which it did!)

Fred was very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly. Troubleshooted and identified the problem with the leak in the wall of a shower fixture. Explained along the way what he was doing and suggestions. Fairly priced and FT will be the first call made in the future.

Late post but we used FT Plumbing for two uniquely different jobs: and urgent toilet leak on a weekend and our long term house repiping project. Both jobs were well executed and we are very satisfied. I'm pleased with Fred's expertise and professionalism. Felt like Fred had our family's best interest as priority over it being just another job. Good example- Fred accessed our tub lines via an adjoining drywall vs other companies wanted to blow through tile to replace lines out of ease. FT Plumbing is great and I highly recommended them.

My wife found Fred here on Yelp and had a good initial over the phone. His quote was more reasonable than other companies, which we knew felt more appropriate given the known time commitment...ours was not a big job but important to us of course. He also set aside time for a video conference re: our various project needs. Fred made himself available and answered all of our questions patiently and thoughtfully. He was able to help us install a new shower drainpipe, water mixer/control valve, set our shower pan, fix our dishwasher line, and better re-configure our under-sink drain since it was a left side rough-in but our sink is a right-hand drain, so he extended the pipe and added a clean-out Y fitting, which was not there before and is very helpful. Fred got back to us quickly and made himself available for all our follow up questions. He was efficient, very trustworthy, and came back quickly to complete some follow-up work. We are very appreciative of Fred's work!

FT plumbing came out quickly when I called for leak search service. The owner is very knowledgeable in what he is doing, also patient and professional when spending a few hours to find source of leak since it can be tricky sometimes for non-invasive search. He also fixed my laundry room exhaust fan during leak search lol, super handy and nice guy, will definitely call him the next time for plumbing issues.

We were so pleased. He was responsive and easy to schedule with. We had what was for us a perplexing problem, but he immediately identified the source of our problem and fixed it expertly.
