I have been using this Co. for a few years. I ordered 100 gallons of oil April 25th, the procedure is as follows you call in the order, you pay by credit card.
They deliver the oil within a few days and there is a delivery fee of 5.00$.
So the oil bill is paid before the oil gets delivered.
Today got home saw another oil ticket, odd, read it 119.7 gallons of oil delivered with a bill.
never ordered this oil. this is hugely expensive and a huge hardship for me and so stressful.I am so careful with my limited income.
I called the Co. at 4:45pm they are open until 5:30 got the voicemail left several messages.Left emails.
The emergency on call person thought it was funny she told me she could send a tech out to my home for 95$.
this is I thing so wrong and completely unfair.

ive been a customer here for a couple of years and it's allways a issue. this last time pushed it too far. I looked at my tank on Wednesday and noticed it was getting low. called cuz I know my delivery day is Thursday. so I called hoping to just set up a easy delivery. nope they said they weren't doing deliverys that Thursday and if I needed it would be a extra fee and someone will call me back to schedule a deliver. okay so I wait and nothing. going to the following Monday I still do t have propane and their saying they won't be out here till THURSDAY. so their makeing my family go without heat and hot water for 6 days because of their neglance and misinformation. dont use these people for heating fuel they will leave you and your family without heat in freezing temps
