I've never had to hire a plumber before so, when my outdoor faucet sprung a leak due to a frozen and cracked pipe, I was simply not in the mood to leave the decision up to chance. I quickly did some searching for the best plumbers in the area and discovered FS Plumbing. Frank was super easy to communicate with, gave me a fair quote, then provided quality service. He was very prompt to the appointment and quickly determined what he needed to do to resolve my issue. From the moment he stepped into my house until the moment he left, he was extremely respectful of my home (which I very much appreciate). I enjoyed talking with Frank as he performed his work and his knowledge level was unmatched. He's just an all around decent guy and I am already planning to have him back to do some additional repairs that are not as urgent.

As a construction professional myself, I value those who are a dedicated to their craft. Frank is one of those individuals that will invest in your own best interest while holding to his own standards.

After replacing an ancient water heater and valves for less than the ""big boys"" I asked if he could install a smart water valve where our main enters the house (after the PRV of course). As it is/was new technology we managed to get it installed (with Frank's accommodating nature of running to plumbing supply houses). All while holding to his quote.

Of course the PRV was bad as well but we adjusted the new valve until I can decide if I'm up to the task of the replacement. If not, I know who I'm calling!

I needed a water line run to my new refrigerator ice maker and Frank gave me an estimate without charging me for a service call and expertly installed a shutoff valve and water line in my 80yo home where there had previously been none.

He called ahead and showed up on time, then cleaned up afterwards. My dog even liked him!

100% recommend and will use him again if I need other plumbing done.

Replaced a leaky pipe in the basement. Found out there were two leaks. Started as small drips.
