Frank let me know he was in Colorado and he recommended calling his son in law, Jeramy set up appointment for two days later, Friday, then that afternoon he called to say he was sick. He told Frank that I would be calling him for another referral.

End of their communication. Despite calling Frank, texting him, he did not return any further calls or texts. I had the right number.

So I called a different company (SOS Plumbers. Just as inexpensive, but next day service, and offered money saving tips).

I won't waste time or effort on Frank anymore.

I recently reached out to Frank again ( second project offer) to see if he could fix a bathtub drain pipe that sprung a leak from cracks that appeared from rust expanding the pipe. The pipe is part of the original plumbing and the house is nearly 74 years old. Luckily I have two full bathrooms and the pipe was attached to the 1st floor bathtub only so it wasn't an ""emergency I need Frank right now"" lol. Frank was available and we scheduled a meeting so he could assess the severity. The day he showed up, on time and schedule, he determined that it wasn't as bad as he assumed and asked if I wanted him to repair it right away since he was already there. I said yep and he got down to business quickly. He cut off about a 3 1/2 foot section of the iron pipe and installed a PVC pipe, couple of rubber end bushings and clamps he had available. After running the bathtub water a few minutes and letting it drain, no more leakage and I was happy. From the time he arrived to him finishing the job was approximately 2 hours. Now I will need to repaint the installed PVC pipe so it matches my basement celling but no biggie. The pipe is in my finished basement restroom so it's out of sight but, the wife added the painting to the ""honey-do-list"" lol. It's an eye sore right now but, at least it's out of sight. Frank is an absolute professional nice guy and does keep his word. Just make sure to give him some flexibility since things do come up unexpectedly but, he will communicate with you to keep you informed, not like other contractors that leave you guessing and act like they're doing you a favor...yeah right! Not Frank and his rates are reasonable compared to others I've dealt with over the years. Thanks again Frank!

I've never had to hire a plumber before so, when my outdoor faucet sprung a leak due to a frozen and cracked pipe, I was simply not in the mood to leave the decision up to chance. I quickly did some searching for the best plumbers in the area and discovered FS Plumbing. Frank was super easy to communicate with, gave me a fair quote, then provided quality service. He was very prompt to the appointment and quickly determined what he needed to do to resolve my issue. From the moment he stepped into my house until the moment he left, he was extremely respectful of my home (which I very much appreciate). I enjoyed talking with Frank as he performed his work and his knowledge level was unmatched. He's just an all around decent guy and I am already planning to have him back to do some additional repairs that are not as urgent.

Looking for an old school plumber that's honest and does good work? Look no further. You have found what you are looking for. I was starting to think they didn't exist anymore. I was pleasantly surprised to find one.

After getting ghosted by one outfit and ignored by another, I hit the reviews and decided to pick up the phone and give Frank a call. Excellent choice. He was out the next day and had my problem solved in short order. I know who I'm calling for my next plumbing problem.
