Charlie did ahe great job on the work. The service was too expensive, especially considered they are the company that put the system in and both of my system have needed major repair in the first 5 years. When will AC companies start backing their work more. These prices are too high.

Called this company today (Tuesday) to schedule an ac check. Per their website they offer same day service, but they said they couldn't get to me till Monday of the following week??? Oh well.. I guess I will take my business elsewhere!!!

Ac capacitor went out friday 13th. Called at 230pm and Dean was there at 5 with the problem solved by 530pm. I am so glad these guys are here. No bs honest and very genuine and friendly. Thanks for saving my fathers day wkend.

I will start off by saying this is my first experience with this company so maybe I just had bad luck. I had appointment set up for about a week to get my AC serviced. Well today came around and I left work early since they were supposed to show up between 3-5 PM. I got a call at 4 pm from a nice lady stating that I am next in line and I will get a call around 30 minutes prior to the service man will be at my home. I thanked the lady and hung up and noticed I received a call while I was talking to her. Call the number back and it was Frymire stating the the guy that should be coming got stuck on a call and he will be "way" late and I can reschedule for Saturday. (I already took off work early and don't feel like waiting around all day Saturday.) I asked the guy how long the service will take and he says well it depends what's broken. I said nothing is broken it's just a service. So i asked again about how long will it take and he said depends what's broken. I told the guy to cancel my service since I am already upset that I wasted part of a work day and they pulled this. He did try and say he would get the guy out "late" again, but what was the point since he didn't even know what they were coming out to my home for. Maybe you get better service if you aren't taking advantage of their "$89" special. Take this review how you want, and please management don't respond with some silly story.

After almost a year, I'm even more thrilled with Frymire Services. There are other quality service companies out there, but I have yet to work with any that treat the customer as well as Frymire. From the awesome southern ladies who answer the phones, to the smart PROFESSIONAL servicemen who come into my home, I always feel like my needs are a priority to them. I like getting a "30-minute head's up" call that actually comes 30 minutes before they arrive, accompanied by an email notification in case I miss the phone. I like that I get receipts emailed right from their iPads. I REALLY like that every single technician that has ever worked on my house is a long-time employee, and truly knows his trade. These guys have never tried to upsell me on a product I don't really need, and, in fact, seem to care very much about keeping my current systems running efficiently so that I can avoid costly replacement before it is truly necessary. It makes me very happy to be able to support a local business that has earned its reputation, and is such a great asset to the community.

We were not pleased with their service at all. We had an 8-noon window and the plumber came at 3:30. They did not call and let us know he would not make it on time. Also, he was supposed to call my husbands number 30 minutes out, and he called mine. When I called to find out why they were so late they said they were short plumbers, but someone should have called to let us know. Also, they tried to sell us 4 new toilets when all we needed was parts replaced.

Charlie R performed my service check. Did a complete evaluation of system and performed the needed maintenance. Being a handy person I asked questions to help me keep my system in top working order. He explained helpful task to perform. Charlie has great customer skills and professional knowledge.

The customer service on the phone was very hostile from both the receptionist and manager. They were unable to communicate in an educated manner and their services were highly over-priced.

Frymire plumbing strikes again. We were getting our home ready for sale but during the updating process, the contractor pulled a line loose from the refrigerator. We had scheduled showings for later in the week so we called Frymire to come out to fix it. We have the service contract so we are supposed to have priority scheduling. We called Thursday night when we discovered the leak, they said they'd call on Friday to confirm an afternoon visit. They didn't. I called back Friday afternoon because they were to come late in the day, but they couldn't make it happen. Scheduled for the first visit Saturday morning. They didn't show up. Called to find out why, they couldn't reach their plumber. These calls went on for about an hour and a half, leaving it at they'd be happy to have someone come out on Wednesday. WTF. After I reminded them about our service agreement, they offered Tuesday. To which I called Wilson McLain and they sent two plumbers out within 2 hours and we were able to keep our showings for later in the weekend.

Frymire customer service contacted me and straightened out the miscommunication with regards to the service fee charge. They did it privately through my personal email on file not through yelp. which shows that someone spent the time to find my e-mail address and contact me and fix the problem.
That really shows something about the people running the company. Would call them back again!
