Most incompetent business I've dealt with in awhile.
Bought an entire new system 3 years ago,every summer since we have to have them recharge it.
This year I asked them to fix it by finding the leak and correcting.
They showed and told me the coil they replaced in the furnace was leaking and replaced it .
Three days later the AC quits again. This time I watch the tech and he finds a huge leak in the coil they replaced and a small leak in the service ports.
7/16/24 they come to the house and replace the service ports and leave after telling my wife it's fixed.
I called 7/17/24 and asked if they fixed the coil, I was told no.


Next level incompetence.
