BEWARE!!! Hired to install a new sump pump with alarm and a water back up. After some scheduling misunderstandings they came to do the job. The work done was actually very good. The tech did a wonderful job. However when it came to the sump pump alarm they installed a $20 alarm instead of the alarm that was suppose to come with the sump pump. When I called the owner about it he stated that the sump pump company doesn't make an alarm. I quickly sent him a picture of the manual that came with the sump pump. I never heard from him again. He did a classic bait and switch. Attached is the picture of manual showing the sump pump with alarm as well as the alarm he actually installed.

We had a WONDERFUL experience today with Frost & Kretsch Plumbing who came highly referred by a coworker.
John was very professional, accommodating, and well prepared.
He replaced an old worn out water heater, updated everything, bringing it to code. I asked him if it was possible to take care of a few other things and surprisingly, he had all of the equipment and parts needed for a job he hadn't planned for. The final cost was within the price quoted over the phone- even with the small extras he did! You don't find this honesty and accuracy of a sight-unseen quote with any other companies. (At least I haven't). (Remember to look in their web page for coupons. I didn't notice a $50 coupon until tonight. . But they gave us an awesome deal anyway).
John was meticulous in his cleanup, wiping everything down, and even in a ""worked-in"" work space, he still cleaned up the area and all he worked on . I was impressed!
I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone and everyone.
We were VERY pleased. (John even tolerated my 3 curious cats that I couldn't keep upstairs while he worked. I could hear him interacting with them in such a loving manner. Thank you for not charging for kitty daycare! Lol). Our kitties loved John and so do we!

I have heard great things about F&K. They did show up on time both times - both times, WHAT?? Yes, the first main drain back up they came out and snaked it 120' and wala - everything seemed fine. A week tater, same problem arose where everything that went down the drain, came up in my back yard. Had them back out, thought they would work with me but now it's a second charge of $185.00. Ok, I can deal with that as long as they fix it..... Well, a week later and same problem. So now, we made contact with a 2nd plumber - what do you know, he ran a proper auger through the drain and ground up a 2""+ root using his camera to find the problem - all for less then the $185.00 to begin with. Bigger (as in company name) clearly is not better. Cater to the little guys that wont take advantage of you and are just looking for a happy customer. DON'T USE F&K....... save you $$

My family have used them several times. They provide accurate quotes, and are very professional and courteous. If you need plumber give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Worst service ever! The guy over the phone was rude and narcissistic! The technician didn't finish the job stating that it wasn't mentioned in the work order (even though it was all one issue combined) and he won't get paid so I need to call back to have a work order done and he'll come back to finish the job. He flung and left feces all over the place. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent!! I called just for an appointment at 3:30 in the afternoon today (Monday December 17). I told the owner it wasn't an emergency. I had a leak under the kitchen sink probably pertaining to the disposal. He asked me if I was home now? Yes!! Robert and Jason arrived within 15 minutes, remedied my situation and were out the door by 4:15 pm! Talk about service! Robert knew right away what the problem was and I'm leak free! I would definitely recommend Frost & Kretsch to ANYONE! I called the owner back to thank him for the great service and left a voicemail as he was unavailable at the moment. He was so considerate to call me right back. Thank You Frost & Kretsch, I will definitely be back with any of my plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dave and his crew at Frost & Kretsch are truly one of the best we've ever worked with. Always happy to take my call, can always make it work when something unforeseen comes up and beyond affordable for the quality of work they do. They've taken the time to educate me more than once and have always answered any questions I've had without judgment. I've hired them at least 6 or 7 times as well. Seriously, these guys are the best.

When faced with a serious sewer problem at our home caused by a bad mistake made by the gas company, I relied on F&K to come out and fix our issues. The gas company contractors did not make the job or the interaction on site very easy but Brandon of F&K handled the situation like a true professional and took care of the situation, repaired the sewer line and cleaned up as good as possible, all in a day! This is only a fraction of the story but suffice to say I would recommend F&K to anyone based on the high level of service, professionalism and value of their work and employees. Thank you!
