Worst service ever! The guy over the phone was rude and narcissistic! The technician didn't finish the job stating that it wasn't mentioned in the work order (even though it was all one issue combined) and he won't get paid so I need to call back to have a work order done and he'll come back to finish the job. He flung and left feces all over the place. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent!! I called just for an appointment at 3:30 in the afternoon today (Monday December 17). I told the owner it wasn't an emergency. I had a leak under the kitchen sink probably pertaining to the disposal. He asked me if I was home now? Yes!! Robert and Jason arrived within 15 minutes, remedied my situation and were out the door by 4:15 pm! Talk about service! Robert knew right away what the problem was and I'm leak free! I would definitely recommend Frost & Kretsch to ANYONE! I called the owner back to thank him for the great service and left a voicemail as he was unavailable at the moment. He was so considerate to call me right back. Thank You Frost & Kretsch, I will definitely be back with any of my plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

When faced with a serious sewer problem at our home caused by a bad mistake made by the gas company, I relied on F&K to come out and fix our issues. The gas company contractors did not make the job or the interaction on site very easy but Brandon of F&K handled the situation like a true professional and took care of the situation, repaired the sewer line and cleaned up as good as possible, all in a day! This is only a fraction of the story but suffice to say I would recommend F&K to anyone based on the high level of service, professionalism and value of their work and employees. Thank you!

We had Frost & Kretsch out to our rental property to resolve a water leak with a dishwasher. The technician did not complete the work that he said he finished. The result was continuing water leaking into the subfloor creating damage in the kitchen. When I called the owner to notify of the incomplete work of the technician (Not to ask for any compensation) I received a rude response that the technician swore he did his job completely and that ""It is not their fault that I have lazy tenants who must have just started using the dishwasher again"". I recommend avoiding this company.

If I could give 10 stars I would! John and Dave both were at our home! John worked an hour and a half and was able to cut through clay that was blocking the tap of the main drain to our sewer! Yesterday we had another company come out and quoted us $15,000 for repairs and left us with a backed up sewer! I cannot day enough about Frost and Kretsch!

Our office had a leaky 2nd floor bathroom. Left a voicemail at 9:15a, they returned my call at 10:00a, said they would be here between 1:00 and 3:00 - they were here at noon and done with the job by 1:00p. Talk about customer service!!!! THANK YOU FROST & KRETSCH!!!!

Frosty was here today. In and out quickly and took care of our problem with the leaky shower. We have called them out before on another issue. They are friendly, knowledge and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call for any other issues if need be.
