Mediocre at best. Timing and communication stink. Plumbing services are decent but no project planning.

This company is awesome. Best prices, incredible work ethic, and even called me to follow up. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

No words to describe how incredibly unresponsive and beyond lack of professionalism by Alex (Owner/Plumber).....strongly recommend to avoid considering using his services. After weeks of going back/forth, the problem was never resolved!

WARNING: Do not use this company if you have American Home Shield (appliance warranty company) or money to pay for their services. This company was contracted through AHS to repair my water heater. (Side notes: Prior to contacting AHS, another repair personnel informed my husband that the unit would need be replaced. My husband forgot that we had AHS.) Upon arrival, my husband was told by Alex, the repair personnel, that the water heater was not installed properly. After he inspected the unit further, he uninstalled it, took it with him, and stated that he would return with it after 5pm that day to reinstall the """"repaired"""" unit. He was no call, no show that evening. The next morning I texted Alex and called the company to inquire about the status of the repair and his arrival. I received no return text or call. I called AHS and they contacted and spoke with Alex who informed them that he was obtaining a part for the water heater and would contact us. He did not call, rather showed up to my home unannounced. He reinstalled the """"repaired"""" water heater, which did not work. (Another side note, there was an error message when he initially inspected the water heater and after """"repairing"""" it with the """"new"""" part, the same error message was present. This makes me question whether or not he actually repaired the unit or perhaps did further damage to it.) He told my husband that the unit as not working because it was never installed correctly. Alex communicated this to AHS, which resulted in the repair not covered by the company. Further, when my husband offered to pay Alex to make the so-called repairs, he remarked """"I don't have time to do it ."""" Excuse me sir? What business turns down additional money and work? We ended up having to contract our original licensed and insured repair personnel, who informed us that the original water heater was installed properly and that a new unit was needed. I'm not sure why this company contracts with AHS. Perhaps it's the guaranteed money obtained from AHS when they accept their call, without actually having to work upon arrival. I am the third AHS customer who is giving this company a 1 star review. It appears that we were provided with unprofessional, poor service, a notable pattern. Lastly, the company is advertised as being open 24 hours, yet it took 72 hours, excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas to come to my home. I guess this is for non- AHS customers. If this company is too busy to take my coins, then it should be too busy to take your coins also, PERIOD!

I have service contract with AHS. AHS has assigned the service request to FRONTLINE MECHANICAL & PLUMBING LLC. This company has incompetent, unprofessional and unethical technicians. The plumber 'Alex' came to my house to check the garbage disposal not working. He damaged it instead of fixing it. He then reported to AHS that it was not normal 'Wear and Tear'. AHS has declined to cover it. Frontline gets money per service request whether the fix the issue or not. They get more money when customer pays them directly. When AHS doesn't cover, they hope customer will engage them and pay them more again to fix the same issue. It's a 13 year old garbage disposer which started leaking. He damaged it further and reported it was not a normal 'wear and tear'. Now , either I have to pay again and get a second opinion OR pay Frontline to replace. How unethical of Frontline plumbing company. The customer representative 'Kiesha' kept hanging up on the phone when I questioned her. Many other customers here have reported bad experience with 'Alex'. Stay away from this company.

Hired them to fix my AC. They had a very fast response time and did a great job! Would definitely hire them again.

Used this company through AHS to replace my garbage disposal and to fix one of my toilets. When they came they replaced my disposal with inferior disposal that backs water up into sink and did not fix toilet. The tech wrote down on the invoice """"on its way out"""" and never attempted to touch. When I had them come out to address water back up from disposal they charged me a trip visit fee. They blamed it on small lemon peels to rid the horrible smell. On top of their poor service the tech pulled his van into my driveway that left terrible oil stains that I had to hire a professional to clean. Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if I could.

On time, low priced and the technician explained the issue before and updated me after.

Alex did an amazing job for me. I requested service through AHS and received a response and appointment within 24 hours. This is the second time he's been to my home. He did an AMAZING job each time. I think the people that complain really have an issue with AHS when they don't cover something. He can't do the work if they're not covering it. I would give him 10 stars if I could but will DEFINITELY be using him for all my plumbing needs whether they're covered by AHS or not.

We had this company sent out by American Home Shield. Simply Awful. The wax seal on our toilet had failed, and was a covered item on the policy. The person that came looked at it and said """"you bought the house this way"""". Huh? we had bought the house six-months earlier and the toilet had only started leaking a few days before we asked for a call out. He was so stupid he kept saying it was because it was a 12"""" rough toilet on a 10"""" rough hole. How odd - he didn't even measure it. The plumber we paid to come out afterwards did, and imagine my surprise to find out it was a 12"""" rough hole, just like the other two toilets in our house, and just like all the other houses in our area. The way it works as a AMS customer is you pay $75 for a call out, and if a contractor can come in, not do any work, and submit a report it probably works out more profitable for them. Personally, I would avoid American Home Shield and Frontline Mechanical and Plumbing as they both resemble what was leaking from the base of my toilet where the wax seal had failed. Yes that's right, utter sh...
