4 years after my first review of this company and they are still a 5 company!! I would use them again for absolutely anything septic related.

We have a sand filtration system (two pump tanks) my 2nd pump failed. Sky came out and gave me a quote on a Friday and the following Tuesday came and installed the unit. (Unfortunately when it died it took out the electrical lines with it. Had that fixed by an electrician)

Shawn and sky came back to finish the hook up and were both happy to answer all my silly questions. Sky went above and beyond to show me how to clean out my clean outs every once in a while which was fantastic.

Frontier Septic was referred to us by our realtor for a pre sale pump and inspection. We have had a slight issue with our septic system while residing in our home, smells would occur when hot water was ran with multiple appliances. A different company came out a year ago and could not diagnose it. Frontier advised us right out of the gate that our screen was probably clogged and once they cleaned and pumped the tank, the issue was gone! They were fast and thorough, friendly and professional. They also charged me exactly what was quoted. I would be happy to recommend Frontier to anyone looking for septic services!

The owner Shawn and scheduling coordinator Arlene go above and beyond every experience I have had with Frontier. No matter if it is an emergency situation with an elderly couple that were customers of ours in a pinch, or my real estate transaction. This company serves our needs whatever we throw at them. The costs are more than reasonable. It is extremely comforting that there are companies like us that are harder and harder to find that put the customers needs in extreme importance. Estimates given and when things go better than expected they invoice lesser amounts. It is easy to get discouraged when it feels we work so hard to serve everyone's wants needs and desires and we can't make everyone happy. We just keep on doing what's right and we're Blessed for it! Frontier Septic gets an A+ for service. Arlene, Was easy to work with in scheduling the appointment. I was needing a repair which was being paid for by a third party. Arlene made that process effortless and easy.
Sky and Nate were the on-site technicians. Both men were polite, answering all my questions.
By nature, I'm a nervous Nellie and I felt so at ease with Frontier Septic.

Amazing Service! Shawn came out on a Saturday morning to help us with our septic issue and solved the problem quickly. Very nice, knowledgeable about what was going on and told us how to prevent further problems. Highly recommend to all and we will be using Frontier for all our septic needs.

These Guy's are awesome! fit me in on a moments notice fixed an additional problem while they were there and pumped the septic tank.

We have used Frontier several times. One time was right before Christmas and our septic system had an issue, They came over the same day called and repaired it at very reasonable

If you are looking to use Frontier Services Inc. for your septic needs think again. I specifically asked to be notified of any additional charges while I had Frontier Septic pumping my rental property. I was never once called or notified of any change work that needed to done. I received my invoice with a $200 additional charge. I called simply to discuss the charges and was greeted with extremely defense and insulting accusations from a man named Sean. Very unprofessional and insulting. The conversation went no where and I was hung up on. I will never do business with this company again and would advise that anyone looking to use this company thinks twice.
