My AO Smith tankless water heater stopped working giving me an error code ""510"". Frontier Plumbing was recommended and i called the service desk for assistance. The best assistance I have received in a long time. Not only did the service person contact the AO Smith main headquarters, she also identified the error code, identified the part that i needed and ordered the part and had it shipped directly to my home (2 days). I was able to replace the part myself and have hot water once again. WOW! now that is service. The best part is she got the part under warranty (free), and she advised me that the service call would be expensive for them to drive to Tehachapi. The entire process cost me $0 and it took me about 30 minutes to change the part out. Frontier Plumbing is my first choice for great service.

We discovered a damaged and leaking garbage disposal. I made a call to Frontier Plumbing and Alicia promptly assured me they would send someone out the next day. Romaldo arrived on time as promised and he was very courteous and professional. He explained the unit could not be repaired but he was able to locate a comparable replacement within the hour. He returned and had the new disposal installed and running perfectly. The cost was reasonable and Romaldo ensured our kitchen was clean and back to normal.

We have had very good results each time we reach out to Frontier Plumbing. Angel, Alicia, and Romaldo have been courteous, professional, and kind each time we've needed their services. We recommend Frontier Plumbing without hesitation. They are the only plumbing service we will call.

We were on day 3 of a leaky faucet in our kitchen. That meant the water was shut off to it and made it hard to cook. Frontier came the day we called and at the designated time. The technician was masked and did a wonderful job. We will definitely use them again.

Complained about intermittent ticking noise on the ceiling after using shower and flushing toilet. Tech said it is normal when didn't even bother to check the ceiling for any signs of water leak. We all know that a pipe expands and contracts when hot water or cold water runs through it but any annoying tapping noise of any kind should be resolved. Solution: Adding pipe insulation to at least silence the noise if not even totally eliminate it or removing the existing pipe insulation? Your call Mr. Plumber!

We live in a new construction Lennar home that is only about 18 months old-- frontier plumbing plumbed the sinks and the water heater at least, if not the entire house. Our water heater has had to be replaced, but not before they told us they were going to leave us without hot water for three days while waiting for a replacement part, rather than just giving us a new unit; until I lost my temper and THEN They reluctantly put in a new water heater. Mind you we were living in the house for 6 months at that time, it was winter and I was 38 weeks pregnant.
We have called them to come out because of water pressure issues, which they deemed to be nothing after not even performing an inspection, which lennar responded that they weren't satisfied with that and sent someone else out to look at.

Lastly, when we were in the house for 2 weeks our garbage disposal was seeping this putty around the ring... we had frontier come out and inspect it and we were told it was normal.

Tonight I noticed there was water looking under the sink, and found that not only has water been dripping SO long that my cabinet is warped, but the garbage disposal is literally not properly screwed (there are screws visibly missing) into place and if you even touch it it wobbles and moves.

Piss poor incompetent work.
My home is brand new and we should not have had ANY of these issues, let alone ALL of these issues.

The worst part is, while they have been out fixing their mistakes they have had an attitude with us, and haven't seemed remotely apologetic about it.

I'll be contacting them in the morning about the kitchen sink/garbage disposal. I hope they respond better than they have in the past, but I am NOT hopeful.

I would not recommend using this company.

My mother needed her bathroom plumbing inspected, snaked and new toilets installed for both bathrooms. We've used Frontier in the past, so we contacted them again. So glad we did. Mitch came out yesterday and did a great time. He was professional and kept us informed of every step he was taking, so we could understand the process. We are very satisfied with their service and will use them again in the future.

We recently had Frontier Plumbing come to our home to fix a shower valve. Mitch came to our house on time and was very professional and clean. He diagnosed the problem and said we needed a new part. So, he took the old valve out and put a new one in. The office had asked me to take a photo of the shower valve when scheduling the work so they had the part ready. What an organized and dependable company. We will be using them again.
