Love these guys, Quinn is a saint. I had some issues with my water heater doors from the install and he gave me wonderful discount on a toilet rebuild. Unfortunately during the rebuild the tank broke but Quinn was a sweetheart and replaced the toilet without trying to charge me for a new toilet. The original owner of our house installed a water softener system which, in my opinion, really wasn't needed. The water in Loveland is already soft! So I hired Front Range to bypass the system. It took three hours, but Chad did an outstanding job of installing three bypass valves; he also replaced PEX piping that was too close to the water heater vent, and installed a drain pan under the water heater. All in all a five-star experience.

I never thought beautiful and hot water heater would be in the same sentence - but I was wrong. Quinn did an AMAZING job on an almost impossible replacement!! He was professional, honest, and busted his butt to get this thing installed. He came up with a much better long term and safer solution with the piping. Out went the old, leaky, 29 gallon and in went a beautiful 40 gallon! He was up front and very reasonable on his pricing and not a thing changed from his estimate to the install. I am both a landlord and homeowner, I'm really careful with the companies I work with as I've been taken advantage of many times in the past. Knowing who you can trust and who to stay away from when it comes to plumbers is a guessing game. I have several contractors that I've worked with over the years and those that I've been burned by I tell everyone. For anyone that asks for a referral, I go out of my way to mention who to stay away from, for the businesses that actually care about you and have shown honesty and integrity, they're my favorites for life. Front Range Water Heater is one of those companies for me. My water heater suddenly started leaking and in calling around I was already being quoted ridiculous amounts of money on what I needed to spend for them to come out, how much it WILL cost to replace it - and this was even before they came out! Quinn talked me through his plan, quoted me a what potentially I was looking at, but was careful to say, ""Let's take a look at it first"".

Where other companies were already saying I had to buy a new water heater, Front Range Water Heater checked it out, determined that it didn't need to be replaced, adjusted some fitting oh and by the way, while he was there, checked out other parts of my plumbing just to make sure everything was okay.

These guys have earned my business, and I will be using them in the future. I wish I could rate them higher - I definitely trust them!
