Company Overview

Our rooter solutions address clogged main lateral lines, kitchen sinks, washing machines, showers, and toilets. Our hydrojetting technique for root removal can extend the time between cleanings to 3-5 years, though results may differ.

We offer a sewer inspection and location service that delivers effective solutions for clogged drains, helping you avoid unnecessary costs and delays.

We utilize trenchless technology that requires no digging whatsoever.

As a compliance company for Property Change of Ownership (Point of Sale), we focus on Private Sewer Lateral inspections tailored for the Real Estate market.

We do not charge ""emergency"" or ""weekend"" fees for urgent work after normal business hours, which are 9-5 Sunday to Friday. I do offer 24/7 emergency service, but I keep Saturdays reserved for family time unless there’s a true emergency that can’t wait until Sunday. Thank you for your understanding.

After joining the Navy in 1999, I came to Ventura from Virginia Beach, VA, with plumbing and HVAC experience dating back to 1998. In 2006, I obtained my Virginia Master Card, which is equivalent to a contractor's license in California, for plumbing and HVAC. I moved to California in 2009, where I was stationed at NBVC Seabee Base. I was granted my C36 Contractor License, LIC# 947266, in May 2010, but I opted out of my air conditioning contractor's card because of our great climate. In September 2012, I was honorably discharged from the Navy, which enabled me to concentrate on plumbing and spending time with my family in Ventura.

I call Ventura home, where I work and enjoy fishing off my kayak and playing baseball with my family. You can find me every morning at Arroyo Verde Park with my dog. I can’t wait to connect with you there!

Ben was recommended by a friend, and he lived up to everything my friend said. He was prompt, professional and thorough. He identified potential issues in main line, made recommendation if plan to remedy. Well worth the money, he is an expert and I would recommend for sewer line inspection.

I needed to have my Lateral line checked for a potential problem. Ben came highly recommended so I gave him a call. I was not disappointed.

He is very personable and a true professional in every sense. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone. In this day and age, it is nice to know that there are people like him out there.

This guy is a rare breed, indeed. I was in escrow to buy a duplex that had a big ball of roots in the lateral line. Had three GOOD, REPUTABLE plumbers come out, camera the line, hydro jet and Recamera the line, AND got several people at the city of Camarillo involved because I was being told that my sewer line might share with other properties and the root intrusion might be coming from their line before it joins mine--but no one could tell me for sure. I was getting quotes from between $23,000 and $42,000 to dig up the street to replace the whole line. The city was telling me that the clay pipe only has a life span of 50-60 years and will need to be replaced eventually (it was 46 years old) and I didn't know what to do. I couldn't line the pipe because everyone sensed that it would cut my neighbor's pipes off where they connected. Ben was referred to by the real estate agent and he took it upon himself to come out the next morning to investigate---at no cost. He didn't even talk to me---just heard the trouble and wanted the challenge of figuring out what no one else could. Well he showed when he said and proceeded to spend 90 minutes inspecting the line, talking to neighbors, inspecting their lines, rigging up up ways to see different angles of the pipe that no one else could get their camera to see---until he had more answers than the city (whose maps and schematic are wrong) and then he spent more time showing me---with pipe on his truck as a visual guide, how my sewer is stacked with my neighbor and then giving me peace of mind that the problem is not the potential disaster I thought. He told me the pipe is not disintegrating, it's not cracked, the roots are coming in at the joint, and that he would recommend hydrojetting every 2-5 years and that would take care of the problem. He did not say anything duragatiry about the other companies that had been out, and in fact said the opposite. He did not hint around that he'd like to be paid something for his time and effort (and wasn't paid) and he told me to call him back if I had more questions. I did call him back with questions and he talked to me like he had all the time in the world. I got a really good vibe from this guy---not just because he did me a favor---but because he really answered my questions and took the time to clearly explain what and why and how. He gave me confidence to complete the purchase. I trust him completely, and would highly recommend using him to anyone with sewer woes.

It is so wonderful to hire an independent that is courteous and knowledgeable. Not only on time but clean and helpful in explaining the results and any questions you may have. Ben is a family man with ethics, integrity and extremely wonderful. Yes I used a lot of adjectives, because people need to know -- plus he is trustworthy and a hard worker.

We can't say enough great things about Ben and his services. Here is a guy with tremendous follow-up, outstanding customer service, integrity, and dependability! We had some serious work that involved a sewer line repair, and couldn't be happier with the outcome, and the price, given the work that was involved. HIGHLY recommend Ben & company!
