Don't flush that!! Now that I have your attention, I too am a Realtor in Ventura County and have always used FROM SINKS TO SEWERS for client sewer later inspections. This inspection should NOT be overlooked by buyers and sellers because down the road it can save thousands of dollars for homeowners. Ben answers his phone or calls you right back. He offers clear communication in his reports and will assist the general consumer with an explanation of the needed service. I trust Ben - and refer him to others - that is priceless.
