Jeremiah is the man. My heat went out overnight on a Friday night in my new home I bought this year. I didn't have much experience with furnaces, and I had no idea what was wrong. I found after calling 8 places that typically it's hard to get an HVAC technician out on a weekend without usurious weekend fees. Jeremiah picked up my call first try, and was out to my house in 20 minutes. He had everything he needed ready to fix it and I'd say it took him an hour to get everything fixed up. He was cheaper than everywhere I called, and that didn't mean it was lower quality. He fixed the pressure switch and taught me a lot about how to get into the panel and diagnose problems for the future. I'd recommend him to anyone. Especially on a weekend given there was no extra fee!!

This company was selected by my home warranty company to get an estimate and possibly repair our dishwasher. First they failed to come on the scheduled day and gave me some cockamany story about there system being down and needing to reschedule. A week later, after telling me I was a ""priority"" he came to the house. Pretty unprofessional...kept calling me ""boss"".. completed an estimate and left. My home warranty company requires the technician to send them the estimate. 10 days after the written estimate he still hadn't submitted it to the home warranty people. I called the technician to ask about the delay and got nothing but attitude. Like I was the one being ridiculous. Said he would call me later or next day. Shocker I know but no call. Completely unprofessional and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Stay away. From this company.

Excellent, honest, and fairly priced. I highly recommend. Also, their team explains the needed work to be done very well, and takes the time to walk through the finished job with you. Just amazing?

Jeremiah is a liar and a thief. Was hired by a home warranty company to do work in two units in my condo complex. Lied and conned his way into other buildings and units- lied and said he was the new maintenance man for the complex. Was seen Stealing my sons bike and the bike of a neighbors son- neighbor saw him loading them into his van. Lied when confronted by police. Do not trust! Liar and thief!!

Had furnace replaced, covered under my home warranty.Tech was thorough and walked me through the repairs needed to get my units up to code. Jeremiah did a great job on replacement and insuring everything met current building code. He was able to work around my schedule for installation. One area of improvement is punctuality, after the initial call, he was consistently an hour plus later than scheduled arrival.

Octavio is very knowledgable. He is on time, completes the work quickly and doesn't charge a lot. He knows building code. Installation is neat and he cleans up his mess. I would use him again. He does handy man services too. He followed up with me to complete some small tasks, and will maintain and service my HVAC. Highly recommend him.

I made my Yelp account for the sole purpose of writing this review. Jeremiah has been a no-show 3 times. He will not answer the phone, his voicemail is always full and he only wants to communicate through text messaging. He told me that I needed to blow him up via text the day before an appointment to make sure he came. Not sure when that became the client's responsibility! Now he will not return calls or text messages - for some reason he is the service rep my home warranty selected, but I'm demanding a change.

A BIG MESS! We just had some holes patched up in the ceiling and walls in our home by this company. The worker came in and worked with NO shoe coverings. He also did not bring a broom or a dust pan to clean up after himself. Asked for a broom, dust pan, extension cord, etc. It doesn't seem that this company supplies it's workers with the proper equipment to get a job done. We are now vacuuming up dry wall dust in our home.
If you use them, be prepared to clean up after they leave since they don't seem to do this themselves.
