Super responsive company - the owner called and texted me within hours of me calling for service. They worked around my schedule for a technician. The technician came by and had everything installed incredibly fast. Probably one of the strongest guys ever, just picked up this monster 50gallon beast of a water heater like it was a toddler.

I do not recommend this company. The tech left in a hurry, come to find out, an angle stop was leaking under my kitchen sink. my brand new kitchen was flooded and now restoration ripped out all my cabinets. Justin Harrah is the owner and he will not return my phone calls. I've already reported him. Terrible company.

Fast response and reasonable price.
I found them via Thumbtack, service finders, and they called within 2 mins of my Ask for help.
They (Michael) were out within the hour and completed the job by 4 pm on Saturday.

It was not urgent but I appreciated the super fast response and job completion.
I needed the hot n cold shutoff valves replaced in the kitchen after trying DIY. After frustration, I called for help.

He was upfront with the pricing before work started.

We found a serious water leak in our laundry room this morning. We had seen Froggy Fix on Facebook and decided to give them a call. Justin answered the phone and when I told him our problem he said he would be here shortly. Within 15 minutes he was here to check out our water leak. He had it fixed and the water mess cleaned up within about a half an hour. We are very thankful that he was here so quickly and had the experience to take care of our problem. Justin ""Bishop"" Flowers from Froggy Fix was on time and friendly. He helped me locate a long lost sewer clean out. I had spent the past few days trenching and digging up my front yard in a vain attempt to locate our home's sewer clean outs (we will be draining our pool and need to use these clean outs to do so). Not sure they even existed, I admitted defeat and called Froggy Fix to come out. I was concerned they would have to ""camera the line"" to find the sewer and I heard that can be quite costly. Thankfully, Justin was able to find them simply and quickly without having to shove a camera down a roof-top toilet vent. Best $89 service fee I ever spent.

PS: The sewer clean outs were just 1' west of where I had been digging. But 1' or 100' didn't matter since I couldn't find them. I was glad Froggy Fix could solve this mystery and I was happy to pay them to do it.
