Don't trust them if you have an issue, they will not take care of it. I wanted to have my hot water heater replaced. I was out of town. I spoke directly with the owner. & asked the Owner If he would be able to follow the directions & that Is NOT go into the second garage stall with my custom motorcycle. (2 SEPARATE garage doors) He said his employee will do exactly as he asked. And I could trust them. They gave me the time because, I have monitored security alarm motion and doors. And I had to turn it off. I also said To please not unplug the refrigerator. The first Garage stall had no car (stall with water heater) so about 10 x 20 workspace. He assured me no one would go into that other garage stall with my cusyom motorcycle. What do you think they did? They Not only unplugged and never plugged it back In. they cut down a metal water stand In the stall, they were not allowed in three feet from my custom motorcycle. They left the metal dust and the pieces mess in the forbidden garage stall. He told me they had battery packs clearly they weren't charged. He has made every excuse. There is no excuse when you're told not to go in a specific garage stall. You don't do it! You have NO legal right either. Over four hundred dollars in food rotted. No one else entered the garage while I was gone. ADT monitored. The owner said he would talk to me about reimbursement and now has ghosted me. Don't trust them. Who cuts metal next to a custom motorcycle??? Frogger does. Who unplugs a refrigerator and leaves it unplugged. Frogger does. (He Tried to blame other people when I have a security alarm. No one in garage but Frogger.)

Our repair required some unusual parts. Despite supply chain issues, Frogger got the job done. He was friendly and put up with my big, overly social dogs attempting to help! Recommended!

Jeremy was a complete professional . He diagnosed our leak ordered the part . Fixed it in record time. His price was fair with a lifetime guarantee on the new faucets. The original builder of the house made several mistakes with plumbing. He even looked at some other issues and diagnosed things that I will need to have done later free no charge. If u want honest , dependable and efficient plumber this is your guy. I will be hiring him to replace my water heater .I will always keep his number in my phone for any plumbing issues. It's hard to find trustworthy people in this world . Im glad I found him .

They were hired as a subcontractor by our walk in tub company to replace hot water tank and complete plumbing to tub. Tech promised my wife tank was completely up to code when he finished. So new tank had no straps to secure, water supply line which is about 8 ft long wasn't secured to anything was draped over tank. On the tub side he had to move drain so after he cut and relocated drain he left original hole open allowing cold and critters into house. Had to bring in another plumber to redo entire job. He immediately put photos on social media stating wrong way to install tank. Will be contacting the state in inform them as well as I know the company got the money to pull permits which I'm sure is in owners pocket.

Our kitchen sink/garbage disposal clogged up on a very snowy Saturday afternoon. I called Frogger Plumbing and got Jeremy who's the owner. He came out in about an hour despite the snowy conditions and fixed the clog. He was incredibly thorough, cleaned the gunk that spilled out of the pipes, and was so pleasant to deal with. He said the work was also guaranteed for a week so if it clogs again, he'd fix it for free! I highly recommend Frogger for your plumbing needs! The emergency weekend charge was reasonable too considering the winter weather conditions he traveled through to repair our sink clog. This is a great company and I was lucky to find them!!
